"The room was basically good and the hotel is in a great location. On our arrival we found two problems - first, the sliding door to the bathroom was off its rails and stuck open. We had to wait till the following day for it to be fixed. The whole door arrangement cheapened the look of what was otherwise a comfortable room. The second problem was the shower faucet. However our 80 year old travelling companions who arrived around 7pm in the evening were told that even though they had booked and prepaid 6 months previously that the hotel was fully booked.
