"The appartement is very well located: 5 min walk to the next beach, 10 min to the next mini-market. You can see the sea from the terrace. The appartement itself is very well equipped - even bath towels - and very clean. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay a lot. We have been there as a family. We have been picked up at Hydra port which made it a good start. "

"Amazing villa! Everything is top‑quality – fully equipped kitchen, perfect pool, beautiful lawn, and great privacy with lots of space from the neighbors.We almost didn’t book because there were few reviews, but we’re so glad we did. Konstantinos was wonderful – super friendly, communicative, and always ready to help.Luxurious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We’ll definitely be back next year!"

"A dream of a villa. We had an amazing time. The views are staggering. Out across the sea, for miles and miles, all framed by the Peloponnese and Methana. The house is perfect. Stylish without being precious, and very well-equipped and usable. The pool and outdoor dining area are wonderful and it's a joy to be able to trundle down the steps to the near-private beach below. The photos absolutely do not do it justice; and Christopher, the owner, couldn't have been nicer. Communicative, helpful...

"Can’t fault the studio. Perfect for an out of town getaway. Up the hill 4.6km but amazing sunrises. And down the other side to a remote beach. A little dirty sadly but the water clean and great for an early morning dip. The only downside is the farm animals. Dogs and roosters are quite annoying during the night. But you get used to the barking. A lovely place which we enjoyed immensely."

"The most amazing villa we have been to. Aris the owner was fantastic nothing was to much trouble. We are on a family holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday plus a beautiful place for my son to propose. The views are beautiful plus our own private beach. What a place hope to return one day"

"The property was a bit of a hike up a hill but the views were great. Very charming. The garden seat cushions were all very damp because of recent rain and never really dried out because the sun is not really on the patio in the afternoon/evening. There was an alternative covered patio near kitchen to use but much smaller. The kitchen cupboards need some sound muffling /soft close solution because in the bedroom above the kitchen it’s bang, bang, bang. The showers and hot water are excellent....

"The trek up the hill was significant but the apartment, the view of the town and the sea, and the quietness was worth it. The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It helped make our trip to Hydra special. "

"We were a family of 6 with a 7th friend of one our daughters and enjoyed a perfect time in late July. The A/C and the great pool made the heat well bearable. While the nearby beach was not in the best shape, the house though is a superb starting point to Hydra from Metoxi and to Mykene/ Epidauros and Nafplio. The rooms were clean and appropiate, everything worked well and the support from the Bill & John Team via WhatsApp was perfect. We highly recommend this house."

"Hospitable. Five stars. Maria and her husband certainly know how to take care of their guests. From the second I walked in with welcoming package is in wine fresh flowers picked aside the bed and Throughout the apartment. Checking on me to see if everything was OK and if any needs were to be met. I was even invited to go to a private beach with Maria which I did and spent a beautiful morning talking about life. "Sehr schönes und stilvolles Haus mit einem Extrazimmer mit Dusche, WC und Klimaanlage in hervorragender Lage. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig , es gab sogar Badehandtücher für den Strand. Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Erwachsenen dort Urlaub gemacht. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen."
