"I love this simple , rustic , but amazing little hotel. Right on the beach, easy walk to the beach area, playground , restaurants , seven eleven. Staff is great , gentleman that stays in the office is very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a room with 2 separated areas."

"I booked a Studio 1 King Bed. I was put in a 2 Queen Bed with Kitchenette. Bathroom is set up inefficiently. Towel storage is several steps from the shower. The toilet paper holder was lose and drooping. It felt cheaply furnished. Sofa was not comfortable."

"We LOVE Lisa. She always makes sure we are so well taken care of when we stay here. The breakfast is also wonderful and that combined with the heated indoor pool are why my family loves this location more than staying at one of the hotels attached to a casino."

"The office was hard to find at 10:30 at night, but once we found it, we were good. Breakfast was good for a make shift Breakfast area...they are remodeling the first building and had to move office and Breakfast.....the staff was very helpful when we needed somethings. We stayed 3 days and it was a good stay!"

"Excellent location right in the middle of shops and food/restaurants but still very quiet. The rooms are brand new and well taken care of love the set up. I travel a lot and stay in Marriott normally but stayed at Hyatt place this time because I think the prices are getting better and more affordable. As I travel, I’m going to continue to look for these in the areas that I’m in."

"We paid for 5 nights. Our room smelled like chemicals. Extremally strong. It restricted our breathing and had a taste in our mouth. The first night we complained about it. She didn't offer us another room. The beds were hard. We didn't sleep because of restricted breathing. I went to take a shower and there wasn't a shower curtain. At that point I was extremely upset. I called and complained. Still no sympathy of the contaminated smell . She asked if I wanted her to bring a shower curtain. She...
