"We enjoyed having a large room with a sofa but found numerous dog hairs and human hair in towels and carpet. My grandson is allergic to certain dogs and he coughed the entire 3 days."

"This hotel is attractive and has comfortable rooms. However, it seemed severely understaffed. The pool was out of towels, leaving my kid shivering outside it while I found someone who could get more towels. At breakfast, they were completely out of bowls. My kids ate their cereal off plates. Then they ran out of forks. "Staff was helpful, room was clean. Only complaint was the train that went through at the worst time of night and is basically touching the property. Would stay again for price and location. Might request a forward facing room. "
