"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."

"Close to fire station so you would hear the sirens often, shared parking with apartments so parking was limited the “restaurant “ on site had limited hours and upon arriving and using the toilet it was clogged with feces and toilet paper"

"The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location."

"It was walking distance to Wawa. The air conditioning didn't kick the way I wanted it to at first, but I had to give it time eventually. Shower worked the same way. It was lukewarm."

"What a gem! A joy to stay in an inn run by people, not a corporation. Room just funky enough to be interesting, with thoughtful restoration and modern upgrades. Fast internet AND a book of Poe's works in our room. Walking distance from everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Richmond!"

"Bathroom door didn’t lock, rather it was large heavy sliding door with no way to keep it closed. Pictures in rooms were not appropriate for families. Bed setup was odd. I think omit was office building gingered to hotel? Nonissues with cleanliness and very convenient if you are attending conference in convention center."

"Toilet seat was very loose Sofa was facing the bed and TV was on side wall couldn’t view from bed and had to move sofa to watch. No tv guide for channels. Rebuilding rooms snd blame was on construction crew and Xfinity. Room wasn’t cleaned, trash not picked up no clean towels. We were told the next day you have to request a clean room, and towels a day in advance. We weren’t told till the next day. Not a Hilton standard of hotel."
