My stay was only 15 hours and it was terrible. The room I was given was 50 degrees and the HVAC did not work. Rather than giving me a room (as I was in a hurry to get to a dinner) they insisted on sending an engineer. This took much time and he simply confirmed that it was broken. At this point I made Four calls to the front desk before I could get them to provide me with another room.
The second room smelled like mildew but I was now late for an event and did not have time to again change rooms. I returned late in the evening and when walking in the carpet found that a 3 food area in diameter was sopping wet from a leak. I also found that one of the two sinks did not drain and actually had 3 inches of water in it. The next morning I discovered that the closet area also had wet floors and that all of my clothing now smelled like mildew.
Prior to checking out I called the front desk and told them I wanted to speak to a manger at check-out. The manager was not pleasant and said the most they could do was waive the parking fee ($34 savings on a stay room rate of well over $500).
At check out I was in a rush to get to a funeral and called later in the day. After three calls and messages, nobody ever got back to me to discuss how they could make things right.
