The Beauty of the Natural Beach lies within steps of your amazing, comfortable home. A 2 bedroom/1 bath home located in the most peaceful place at the beach. Positioned between 1st Landing State Park and the natural beauty of the North End beaches is your home. Peace and quite awaits you in the expansive beautiful back yard to relax and unwind from your day at the beach. The location is incredible with the beach being only a 6 minute walk!

Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Mixed Bag

Pros: Close to beach. Beach is in residential area so it was uncrowded and clean. Quiet overall during the week. More road noise in the weekend but that it so be expected. House appeared clean overall. Cons: I was perplexed by their obsession with guests taking the towels and they only left one hand towel for an entire week in a house with 4 people. Same for kitchen towels. This is not the 4 seasons. Nobody wants the towels. Kitchen implements need an upgrade. Many of the pots were warped and needed replacing. Some of the utensils were half melted and unusable. None of the furniture in this house is comfortable. The beds were awful and the pillows were so lumpy that it felt like a hygiene hazard. The other furniture was very uncomfortable for lounging and hanging out. No one in my house slept well. I would not stay here again because of the comfort factor. I wanted a place where I could relax and spend time with my family and this is literally just a crash pad. No beach items available for communal use. It would have been nice to have an umbrella or some chairs that could be borrowed.

Keeping it simple

This property was simple, equipped with the basics, comfortable, and not far from the beach. We had no issues with road noise. One bathroom was a bit tricky with 6 people, but we knew that and made it work. Beds were firmer than we are used to, but comfortable. Towels are minimal (one towel and one washcloth per person), but the washer and dryer helped with that. We felt safe and the neighborhood seemed quiet. Wish we had known that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, detergents, sponge, some toilet paper and some paper towels, salt and pepper and oil spray were provided -- that is useful information. There are not beach chairs or umbrellas at this time -- also important information. Thank you for the nice, private stay. We would love to stay again another time.

Exceptionally clean, close to the beach

We had an easy stay at this property. Exceptionally clean, very comfy beds. We had an issue with the AC at one point, and communication with the property manager was very good with prompt responses and a quick solution. Kitchen has basic essentials. Beach was a quick walk away.

Nice place has all that you need for a beach week

We enjoyed our stay at the condo on 83rd. It is well stocked with all the essentials and clean and pretty spacious for three people. Things that could be better- a dust pan to clean up the sand and flowers that get tracked into the living room. There is a broom but without a dustpan its a challenge to clean up. The other thing that would be tremendously helpful is a big beach cart with big wheels to roll over the sand to the beach. Many people are pulling/pushing those and we can understand why. The toaster was broken, both closet doors broken and many lightbulbs were out. Lastly, it’s a tad loud due to the vicinity of its location to busy 83rd/shore. Still quite enjoyable and appreciate the excellent communication with the property management company.
