We have offered a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere and thought of every detail for our guests.

Freshly renovated in 2023 and well-appointed with modern style furnishings, our 3-story townhouse is located in Virginia Beach North End on Ocean side of Atlantic Ave less than 1 block from the beach. With a direct access from the backyard to the side street, the beach is just a couple minutes away.

It is the perfect place for families to relax in a quiet neighborhood.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full and 1 half baths and fully equipped kitchen. High Speed WiFi. Three TVs with Roku players for live and application streaming. Two decks where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a nice ocean breeze or prepare a meal on a grill. Washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. 3 cars parking next to the house. Please no RV’s, boats or trailers.

The attached garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and beach cart.

Very uptodate appliances and furniture. short walk to the beach. beds were very comfortable and the garage was great for bikes and water stuff. Had a really nice time. Just a little tough getting out on the road from the parking area but overall a really nice stay.

Our first impression was that the house was clean, organized, and thoughtfully put together. For example, there were abundant dishes, silverware, cleaning products, cookware, and spices handy. The WiFi was no problem as well. Additionally, we appreciated the beach chairs (many!) and boogie boards so that we didn’t have to pack those bulky items.

Great Stay!

Everything was just as described. The location is perfect. With young kids we really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, toys, etc. the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Planning to come again next year!

Great family vacation!

We loved the spacious house! Kitchen is well stocked and organized for cooking. We bought our own beach equipment but really did not need to. A beach wagon was there to use. Olga answered questions quickly. Tropical Storm Debby diminished the time we spent on the beach so we really enjoyed spending time in the house.

Beautiful property, great amenities, amazing owner

This property was more beautiful that I had imagined. Was perfect for our big family, and the closeness to the beach was amazing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, even at random tomes throughout the day with questions we had. The house was pristine and quiet, we had such a great time. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back

Very Nice and Welcoming Home!

This is a beautifully remodeled residence and included a welcome gift that set a lovely tone for the entire week. The walk to the beach was easy, and I highly recommend heading north for restaurants and fish markets. Some hooks or a clothesline on the balconies would have made it easier to dry towels and bathing suits. Additionally, the children's room wasn't comfortable for an adult, but fine for kids. Olga was very easy to deal with and responded quickly when needed.

Awesome Stay

The hosts thought of everything in this house. The house was very clean and everything has been updated. Great space for sharing time with family. Safe and easy access to the beach. The beach was quiet and peaceful and wasn’t busy (the first week of June). The hosts were very accessible and responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time. Great location, plenty of space for our group. Grill and kitchen were great to grill n chill. Beach very close by, lots of gear, including a beach cart in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay.

Quick walk to beach

The house was nice and had everything we needed to cook and for the beach. It was a short easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance even though you are a little off of the boardwalk. We had a great week and enjoyed the space. Only minor complaints were the first floor bathroom was a little tight to open the doors and water pressure was low.

Great place

Had a great stay here and enjoyed the location - it’s virtually right on the beach. Had everything we needed and plenty of room. It’s a bit away from the downtown area, but that can be a plus depending on what you are looking for. We would come back here again. Great host also with good communication.

Excellent home and location

Everything about this rental was great. It was the perfect home for 2 families to visit with each other. The space is perfectly set up for family time in the middle and bedrooms on the upper floor and entry floor. 100 yards to the beach and miles of beach walking. Grilling on the deck made for easy dinners. Will definitely revisit.

Lovely VaB experience

This condo was a nice space to spend New Years with my family. It's an easy safe 2 minute walk to the beach--we walked to the beach several times each day. Sleeps 6 to 9 comfortably. I would recommend this home to others.
