Convenient location, ample parking. Room was fine, shower a little under-pressured.
Arrived to find the room still needed a 3rd bed making up. Offered to pay on check in, but was brushed off. On check out late morning, no staff to be found anywhere near reception - I'm guessing they were all faffing about over the wedding that was being setup in the courtyard.
Left the key cards behind the counter. My credit card was billed for an incorrect amount +£30. Having to sort this via lengthy customer service process. Disappointed.
