"We stayed at this hotel with my son’s baseball team. All staff were extremely helpful from front desk, to kitchen staff, to cleaning staff. Traveling with 5 kiddos isn’t easy but room was clean, spacious and breakfast was awesome."

"Staff at front desk was very unhelpful, I had to get my key card reactivated every night. (I was only given 1 card) When checking in they ran the card without telling us anything I only knew the price from booking online,I was never given a receipt. The pool was closed the whole time, but the sign up said closed for a day. I understand they were painting outside but it was still disappointing."

"First off, no breakfast unless you want to pay a premium price for it. Premium price if you have pets. Premium price for snacks. Premium price for parking. Facility was very clean. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked well. Super sized tv."

"Had a great experience at The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and upscale. The rooms were well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt very professional. Great location with excellent amenities and dining options nearby. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Overall very poor experience. Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful. The room had lights that were not working in the bathroom and the room door mechanism was broken. After requesting daily housekeeping, we were told it was not noted during check in. If you're not there for the hospital, the location is inconvenient and in an awful area. Not at all up to the standards of a Marriott hotel. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel."

"Extremely filthy everywhere you went. We had housekeepers knocking on door multiple times before it was even close to check out time. The front desk woman was friendly but that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Definitely will not be staying here again "

"At first when I arrived they didn’t have room type that I had originally booked. It was fine for 1 night. Fortunately they were able to get me situated into a new room for remaining nights. That was great. They were apologetic from the start. Darion greeted me when I arrived. He was very kind. The coffee was great. The breakfast was kind of lame. Mostly carbs. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"Staff were okay and rooms were okay but the surrounding area is a warzone, people screaming all night and there were several long term residents that ran around the hotel like it was their apartment complex. Overpriced for the dump that it is, stay elsewhere!"
