"This was the first place I’ve ever stayed. The water was not hot and the drains kept stopping up. The breakfast area was very dirty and the food was horrible and cold. Management never assisted with complaints and front desk was very rude. RUN do not stay here"

"The room was very clean, staff friendly, and amenities provided. However, the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable and the room, no matter how low we set the temp, was just stuffy and warm. This made for 3 nights of uncomfortable sleep. I would book here again because we felt safe and everything was wonderful, but hopefully a different room with a more comfortable bed and better AC is available. "

"The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. "

"The pool was closed the remotes to the tv’s didn’t work they only had a few channels on the tv no local channels the water in the kitchen and bathroom sink didn’t get hot the toilet didn’t flush well and the bathtub pooled water on the i side in the middle of the tub water didn’t fully drain out even as you showered you would have your feet covered in water the breakfast wasn’t good at all the food was undercooked salty or not seasoned "
