Casa del Mar is more than a villa—it’s a private perch above the Sea of Cortez, tucked inside the gated community of Cabo Vinorama, perfectly positioned halfway between San José del Cabo and Cabo Pulmo. Elevated, open, and immersed in nature, it offers a rare sense of space, calm, and perspective.

Here, modern comforts—air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs—blend seamlessly with a setting where desert meets sea and the pace of life slows to the rhythm of the waves. The beach is a five-minute walk, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, beach walks, and accessing nearby surf and kite spots along the East Cape.

The Villa

Casa del Mar is reserved exclusively for your group and consists of four independent lofts, accommodating up to 8 adults plus children, with approximately 2,900 sq ft (270 m²) of indoor living space, along with multiple terraces, gardens, and shared outdoor areas.

Casa del Mar is approximately 40–50 minutes from San José del Cabo, reached via the scenic, unpaved East Cape Coastal Road toward Cabo Pulmo. You’ll recognize the Cabo Vinorama entry gate, where we’ll meet you and escort you to the home within the gated community.
