The property is surrounded by an attractive, landscaped garden that incorporates a spacious sun terrace around the private pool, a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ and a comfortable seating area, perfect for a morning coffee or an aperitif at the end of the day.

Inside, the property blends the rustic charm of wooden beams and exposed stone with modern comforts. Visitors can relax and enjoy air-conditioning in the summer and underfloor heating in the cooler months of the year.

The large country-style kitchen enjoys a large dining table and is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Guests can also relax in front of a digital flatscreen satellite HDTV.

Location
The property is located in the heart of the countryside a 4-minute drive (24-minute walk) from the centre of Drivenik a picturesque village located in the Vinodol Valley in Croatia. The village is characterised by its traditional architecture and serene ambience. Visitors can explore the narrow, winding streets or visit the local church, and castle (a 30-minute walk / 5-minute drive). Drivenik is also a great starting point for hiking and nature walks, with numerous trails leading through the beautiful Vinodol Valley. Vidikovac Mahavica, ‘The Eyes of Vinodol’ where visitors will find an incredible view of the surrounding area, is a 30-minute drive.

The picturesque coastal town of Crikvenica known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant promenade and rich history is a 15-minute drive from the accommodation. Here guests can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, diving, jet skiing, sailing, water skiing and beach volleyball.

There is also a charming old town with a museum and a pretty harbour. Various boat trips are available from Crikvenica, allowing visitors to explore nearby islands such as Krk and Rab. The seaside town is also a renowned health resort that utilises the healing properties of the sea. Visitors can enjoy various wellness treatments, including seawater baths, mud packs and massages.

The Kotor Village (an open-air museum) and the Love Path (a hiking area in nature) are both less than a 13-minute drive away. The closest restaurant is a 15-minute drive from the accommodation and there is a grocery store a 4-minute drive away.
