  • Vincent Cottage is nestled in the woods of West Tisbury, set in the heart of Martha's Vineyard on a private drive just off the Edgartown/West Tisbury Road. This clean, quiet home is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, main street shopping and tourist attractions; features a private outdoor space for entertainment; has nearby nature trails and fields.

    Convenient, central location to every corner of the island:
    - 10 minutes to gorgeous Lambert’s Cove (Rental allows you to purchase access to this private town beach!)
    - 4 minutes to Alley’s General Store and historic downtown West Tisbury (Perfect place to grab a coffee and the paper!)
    - 15 minutes to South Beach, Edgartown
    - 15 minutes to Vineyard Haven ferry / downtown
    - 18 minutes to Oak Bluffs ferry / downtown
    - 6 minutes to MV Airport
    - Adjacent to bike path
    - Directly off main VTA bus route (#6)

Vincent Cottage

The place was great, exactly as described. Communication couldn't have been easier and the location made getting around the island easy with a vehicle. We'd recommend the Vincent Cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Vineyard.

Peaceful oasis

Absolutely loved our stay last week. Very comfortable and welcoming cottage. So quiet and private. The location in West Tisbury is perfect as it’s central to most everything on the island. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and grilling. Outdoor shower was fab.Looking forward to returning next year!

The property worked perfect for our family of 3 along with our dog. It was centrally located, really clean, and Jess was wonderful to deal with as she was very responsive throughout the whole process. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Jessica’s cottage is the perfect spot for an island getaway. Close and accessible to all the must sees of the island, but secluded enough to escape the busy scenes. I would recommend this place to anyone! Great communication and a delight to stay with!

Jessica’s cottage is completely charming. Clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location (just a 4-min drive to A9 Foods behind Alleys!). My husband, dog, and I all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay here again on future trips.

Another great stay for two weeks this time. Central location on the island. Quiet and relaxing. Lamberts Cove beach access was amazing. Added bonus being right next to the bike/running trail. We appreciated the new addition of the mini-splits a/c’s as well. Jess is a wonderful host.

Sweet Quiet Spot

This home was ideal for me! I was able to enjoy with my small dog and have plenty of room to host my family in the large yard and around the fire pit. The house is in mint condition and the hosts are lovely and attentive to detail. Easy walk to wonderful trails and coves. Will happily stay again

I love this little house. Has everything you need, totally private with beautiful outside space and a great outdoor shower. Centrally located on the vinyard. Access to lamberts cove, close to long point preserve and the airport. I’ve stayed a lot of nice places on the Vinyard, but this is my favorite!

Great cottage

Great little cottage with all of the necessary amenities. Loved the outdoor shower. The open floor kitchen/living area was good to hang out in and play games. Clean basement with laundry was a bonus.
