"Beautiful property, rooms were clean . Was not really comfortable with no one on site for problems…which there was no hot water in shower or sink…let it run for a while thinking maybe hot water on demand. But never got hot or warm. Disappointed. So cold shower… But was a very beautiful "

"The room was very clean, but only gave room cleanliness 3 stars because they need to clean the a/c vents, especially in the bedroom. Full of dust and other particles. Not good when A/C is on, as all this gets blown in the air you breathe. "

"Enjoyed the beautiful garden and scenery. Felt warm and welcoming from the very start. Restaurant was very nice with good food and great service. Close proximity to wineries and the QEW making it a very convenient location"

"We were vendors at the Maidens of the Mist Renn Faire for the weekend, so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The room was beautiful, clean and modern. Breakfast was ok. Lovely to be able to walk along the water, so close to the hotel. As well, there were LOTS of wonderful places to eat within walking distance!"
