Small detached house on a raised first floor with enclosed, private grounds. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent-sur-Seine and its power plant 15 km away, wine cellar tours, Provins and its medieval town, Château de la Motte Tilly 20 km away, large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winemakers; by reservation, you can tour our vineyards with a picnic lunch, visit our winery, and taste our champagne. Reservations for our reception hall (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 6 cottages). Tapas evening in our reception hall by reservation. Late August–early September: opportunity to take you to hear the deer rut. On-site swimming pool—a shared community pool—heated and open from May through September (access from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM—closed Sunday mornings—swimsuits required). You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed (high-quality mattress, 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds, 90x190, which can be pushed together to form a double bed), and a bathroom with a toilet. Outside, you’ll have access to a terrace/balcony, a garden with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. Street parking is available. Included: made-up beds, linens, and cleaning. Additional charges: electricity (including heating), and a €10/day fee for dogs. All shops and amenities are nearby. Bicycles for children, teens, and adults, as well as child seats, are available for rent by reservation with the owners (€5/day/person).
