A house on a raised first floor with an unfenced lot that can accommodate up to 8 people. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent-sur-Seine and its power plant, 15 km away; Provins and its medieval town; Château de la Motte Tilly, 20 km away, and a large fishing pond 35 minutes away. We are Champagne winemakers; by reservation, you can take a tour of our vineyards with a picnic lunch, visit our winery, and taste our champagne. Reservations for our reception hall (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 7 cottages). Tapas evenings in our reception hall by reservation. In late August–early September, we can take you to hear the deer rut. On-site swimming pool—a shared community pool—heated and open from May through September (access from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM—closed Sunday mornings—swimsuits required). You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher, a living/dining room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a double bedroom (beds 140x190). Upstairs: a windowless sleeping area (120x190 bed), a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a triple bedroom (90x190 bed + 180x200 bed), and a toilet. Laundry room in the basement. Outside: patio furniture, barbecue, swing, parking. Included: made-up beds, linens, end-of-stay cleaning. Additional charges: heating (gas), electricity, dog €10/day. All shops and amenities on-site. Bicycles available for loan (ask the owner for details) and rides with César, the owner’s donkey.
