In Le Corbier, a ski resort within walking distance, we offer this 24m2 studio apartment with mountain views for up to 4 people, in a residence with swimming pool and sauna. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, open-plan fitted kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen included, towels extra on request. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and washing machine.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including a microwave oven and grill, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A 3 m² balcony with furniture and chilienne to enjoy the fine weather

Communal area:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from 18 December to 15 April, and from 2 July to 27 August. Outside these dates, the pool is closed. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- Sauna (booking protocol to be seen on site).
- Fitness area.

The residence is ideally located, 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the nearest shops and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1500 m, the Corbier resort offers exceptional panoramic views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks - everything you need for an enjoyable stay!
A restaurant-bar, "L'épicurien", is open in the residence in winter and summer. It serves tartiflette, fondue, raclette and pizzas. Viennoiserie and bread to order in the morning.

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides, etc.
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year-olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback...

Transport :
- Free parking close to the accommodation
- Free shuttle bus to the top of the resort, 100 m from the residence
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station 25 minutes away by car
- Chambéry airport 1h15 away by car (shuttle service available from the airport)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen is included and towels are provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Outside stairs to access the building. Lift to access the studio.
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by Le Corbier resort.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.
