"Cleaning staff didn’t replace plastic cups over three days. Shower control was very awkward. Reading lights for beds required getting out of bed to turn on and off. Bedding was uncomfortable. Had to go to check in to get toilet paper. Check in staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered."

"We have stayed at Allegretto for years (we consider ourselves regulars for the most part). My family owns a small vineyard in a neighboring town and Allegretto is our go-to. The staff is consistently professional, the property meticulously maintained, the rooms consistently well-appointed and clean. We have only had one less-than-expected experience. During our last visit our room was situated at a part of the property that faced an empty parking lot that appeared to be used by staff as a break...

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The check in was very easy and were welcomed by the attendant (I believe he is the owner and/or manager) and felt at home. The room was on the smaller side, but the whole property has been renovated and it was a terriffic stay. Highly recommended place to stay, for a town that you visit to get out and explore all that Paso Robles has to offer."

No coffee maker in the room but breakfast opens at 7.They even have fire pits on until at least 10 in the center island as well as private tables near the rooms. Couple of blocks to the town square-definitely walkable. Breakfast is small but works-yogurt, granola, coffee...

"Stayed two nights. Very comfortable room and easy parking. Close drive to downtown. Housekeeping was good but the 1st day they left our pile of used towels inside our room by the door! It would help if they took care of some minor issues that were noticable on a regular basis, like scratches on the wall from chairs...easy to just touch up, stain on a curtain and one threadbare washcloth with holes worn through. However nothing that would keep us from staying again."
