"Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive."

Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan.
Location was great.
Communication was email only. No WhatsApp.
Run by an independent service so no personal interaction.
Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing!
I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me.
Not even a city map.
I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was...

"Rooms are ample and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful to an extent. I reserved 3 rooms for 1 and 2 night stays. There was an issue with my CC so I asked one of my son to call to provide correct CC info. Since, it was my son who called to give the hotel my credit card information, the hotel gave his room one free breakfast but did not extend the same courtesy to the other 2 reservations, including my own. "Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Our room was large and very clean. The AC worked very well. The spa was very nice and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen (all brand new equipment). We are breakfast and dinner in the lounge and the food was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to stare here again."
