"I love the location. But no ac and lots of mosquitos do we didn’t want the doors open siding the day. I am giving it a four because it is a great location and it was very clean, but some things to look out for the washer knobs are very worn and I had to go how to use the washer. "We are travelling through Italy by train. All booked hotels are within a reasonable walking distance, for this it was 12 minutes. Due to poor communication, we had to walk to the office which was 15 minutes from the train station, which then gave us a 30 minute walk to our apartment. So we decided on a taxi, 30 minutes after waiting for a taxi, we were taken to our apartment. Apartment was large, clean, and in a good spot."

"Immaculate property! Fantastic location for walking into main area of the city. Lovely, helpful staff. Beautiful, spacious room. Pretty outdoor area. Lovely touches, such as free little biscuits and complimentary shots for a ‘nightcap’ when we returned back from an evening out. Could not fault this hotel! "

"Great place. Very comfortable, clean and not too far from the Old town centre of Como with a short walk. Staff were very helpful to highlight things, tips and tricks to help with our experience. A must for a pool to cool down. "

"This was the cutest property, right in the middle of Como. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was small but clean and had everything we could need. There was even a free phone that we were able to take with us around town and use for Google Maps. They offer a free breakfast which was simple but worked (the chocolate croissants were delicious). Overall, a great spot and terrific price-point for the overall pricey town!"

"Reservamos 3, solo salió agua caliente para la primera persona muy poco tiempo, los otros 2 nos tuvimos que bañar con agua helada, sólo había un sofá cama no 2 como decía la reservación sin cortinas black out( había mucha luz )y se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle, solo un rollo usado de papel del baño "

"Lovely apartment 15 minutes walk from the lake via shops, bars and restaurants, it is only 7 minutes walk from Como Borghi railway station. The apartment (on the second floor and accesses via 2 flights of stairs) had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Rent all Como were great agents throughout the booking/arrival process and the welcome gift on arrival was a particularly nice touch. We would certainly stay again if we return to Como."
