Fab Frontline Villa with Sea Views in Burgau, A/C, private pool, walk to beach!

Fabulous frontline split-level 2-bedroom townhouse with great sea views, private pool and patio located 2 mins walk to village restaurants and mins walk to the sheltered blue flag beach at Burgau!

The front door opens into a ground floor hall from where stairs lead up to the main living area which comprises a living room, kitchen, main bathroom and the twin bedroom. From this level stairs lead to the Master Bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs.
The lovely bright lounge has a sea view and patio doors which open onto a lovely sunny patio and pool area with four sun loungers to sunbathe and relax beside the pool.
The pretty lounge has comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a dining table which seats six.
A door from the lounge/dining area leads to a separate well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and pots, pans and crockery.
The kitchen also opens onto the patio and pool area which has a charcoal BBQ and a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining, or relaxing with a glass of one of the many wonderful local wines and a good book!
Also on this main level, beside the living room, is the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Opposite the bathroom is the Twin Bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
Upstairs from the main living area, is the Master Bedroom which has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Doors from the bedroom open onto a sunny veranda with two chairs to relax and enjoy the lovely sea views, and views of the cliff/coastal track.
N.B. Because the two bedrooms are on different floors this villa may not be ideal for a family with small children.
There is free off-road parking at the front of the villa. The villa has free wi fi. There is full air conditioning and the villa, pool and garden are well maintained.

Schöne Villa

Schönes Haus mit einfacher Ausstattung, aber alles vorhanden was man benötigt um einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Alles war sehr sauber und der Pool wird 1x die Woche gereinigt. Alles ist so, wie beschrieben. Wir empfehlen Casa 2 sehr gerne weiter.Vielen Dank an alle, die uns einen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht haben.

Highly recommend this Villa

Villa well equipped and the views are fantastic.It is also a sort walk to the wonderful beach, and also close to some good restaurants .Although the pool was quite cool, being early May, we soon warmed up when we started swimming and really enjoyed it. Two small supermarkets near by were very good. All in all it’s a lovely area and we had a wonderful holiday. Love to go back.

ich wurde von Fotos geblendet

bei der Ankunft habe ich zuerst 2 Stunde geputzt. Das Ganze war schmuddelig. Das Haus ist feucht und ich glaube es lag Schimmel auf den Böden. Für die Jahreszeit gab es keinen optimale Bettdecke. Leintuch und Wolldecke reichte nicht und der Bettüberwurf war unsauber. Die Küche find ich in einem unsauberen Zustand, die Waschmaschine war schwarz vor Schimmel und musste zuerst Reinigen und leer laufen lassen. Bei den Handtüchern war ich mir auch nicht sicher ob sie schon einmal gebraucht waren. Im Lüftungsschlitz der Klimaanlage waren schwarze Punkte (Schimmel). Ich bin früher abgereist! Die Aussicht und die Lage ist perfekt.

Lovely villa

We loved this place, perfect for us to enjoy hiking, surfing and swimming along the coast with older children. Space downstairs large entrance hall was really helpful for storage of kit. Appreciated the mid stay clean, bbq, coffee pot… perfection would have been some pool toys! The lounger mattresses have seen better days.

Very basic.

The good. In a nice position. Very quiet area. THE BAD. Very basic furniture and fittings. 1. No bread knife or scissors in the kitchen, also the ice maker in the freezer is falling to bits-unusable. 2. Pool liner badly needs cleaning, sun cream tide mark round top of pool looks awful and is not hygienic and definitely not inviting. 3. The boiler doesn’t fire every time hot taps are turned on- “COLD WASHES” 4.TV system is primitive in this day and age. 5. NOT good value for money—would never use again.

Lovely Seaside Holiday Villa

Lovely location with wonderful sea views from upstairs balcony.Property very functional and just as described. Nice pool, about 8m, although you need a swimming vest for the cooler days as its not heated. Short walk to the wonderful beach and lovely town with loads of eating places and good quality supermarket all typical of the more rustic western Algave. Location very peaceful except for a couple of days when the music from the local club became over enthusiastic for a couple of hours in the afternoon, but wasn't an issue and did not distract from a lovely holiday

Lovely stay in Burgau. Lively entertainment.

The property was exactly as described. Even the photos represented the property very well and communication with the Property Manager was very prompt and helpful. I'm already missing the fantastic sea views from the upper balcony with a coffee in the mornings - magic! The location is fantastic. Burgau is a relatively quiet little fishing village with a gorgeous beach that didn't ever feel overly busy. Good selection of restaurants and bars for such a small village and the convenience store is absolutely amazing (you name it, they've got it). The property listing doesn't mention the adjacent beach club. At various times during the week they will host live music and DJ events (Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun during our visit). Even the double glazing is unable to screen the noise at these times. Although they seemed to finish by around 10pm each night, the naturally tranquil setting is spoilt by this. Without disturbance from the Nova Club and close proximity of noisy neighbours I would happily give this property a higher rating. Unfortunately these things are impossible to ignore and they took the shine off our stay.

Een fantastische Locatie. Fijne omgeving en genoten van de rustige periode in mei.

Het welkom was een beetje eenvoudig. Geen flesje water in de koelkast of een beetje koffie of thee voor de start van je vakantie. Wij kwamen laat aan en dat hebben we dan ook even gemist. De woning heeft verder een prachtige locatie en een fijn uitzicht. Goede bedden en een redelijk goed ingerichte keuken. We misten een schaar. Fijne tijd doorgebracht en veen bezoek is zeker eens voor herhaling vatbaar.

Property was described as being detached but is in fact link attached and we had a lot of noise from the neighbouring house No 2, could hear furniture being moved and bathroom noises, this is of no fault of the owners but we had sleepless nights because of inconsiderate neighbours.

Fantastic break in a lovely place

We have just spent a week in Burgau and have had a really good time. The Villa is spacious, with its own pool and terrace, and in a great location, a minute to the ‘shared’ pool (which we pretty much had to ourselves) and a very short walk into Burgau village. The reservation process was very straightforward and the manager was able to accommodate our request for a late check out, which made a huge difference to our last day. Overall, we would definitely the villa and manager / owners. .

Casa muy cómoda

La casa está muy bien y es como está descrita en la web. Límpia y cómoda para veranear. La inmobiliaria no subió al web de Vrbo la información de entrada y tuvimos que esperar 2 horas hasta que conseguimos hablar con Vrbo para que nos suministrasen un número de teléfono de contacto. A partir de ahí, nos dieron la información por teléfono. La llave está en la una cajita de seguridad en la puerta de la entrada. El único inconveniente es el área donde está ubicada. En Burgau, por lo menos la semana que estuve a principios de Agosto el viento siempre está presente y el baño en la piscina no es siempre apetecible. Las playas más bonitas están a partir de Lagos hacia Portimao y playa Marina y quedan un poco lejos para desplazarse. De media hora a más de 1 hora en coche. Las playas cercanas son grandes playas de arena con paredes bonitas de piedra, pero cuanto más cerca de Cabo San Vicente con más viento y peor tiempo.

Tolle Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool in Strandnähe

Es war alles super - sehr unkompliziert, schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bei Fragen und eine kleine Reparatur im Badezimmer wurde nach Anfrage auch direkt durchgeführt. Das Ferienhaus eignet sich super für 2 Paare, da 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Restaurants sind in Burgau fußläufig zahlreich vorhanden. Zum Strand kann man auch laufen, weitere Strände kann man über den Küstenwanderweg ebenfalls Fuß erreichen. In Burgau ist es recht windig, unbedingt für den Abend eine Jacke dabei haben!

relaxing holiday

We stayed in Burgau as a family of four and really enjoyed our stay. Having an own pool is awesome, the layout of the house was ideal for travelling with two teens. The small village of Burgau has nice retaurants and is within walking distance of the house. Only downside was the kitchen. It wasn`t really cleaned that well and is not overly well equipped. I really suggest un update here.
