Luxurious, custom built, stunning views, very spacious (4,000 sqft), private solar heated pool, with a private yard/garden.

Complementary arrival dinner and airport pickup for stays 7 + days !! You get to experience our cook's great local creations, and we will also provide airport pickup, so you start your vacation off relaxed and pampered. No additional fees for housekeeping, parking, pool etc.

Pre-stocking can also be done. You prepare the list, and we do the shopping. You settle the bill when you check in, so you can just settle in and enjoy the villa and the pool on arrival day.

To complete the package, our cook can be arranged to do dinners for any day! so you can relax, recharge and rejuvenate. She is very good and her fees are very reasonable.

We built our villa to be a really relaxing, high quality, private retreat, which our family and our guests can enjoy.

We have 4 very large bedrooms, each with custom mahogany king size beds, spacious and spotless bathrooms with granite counter tops, double sinks and large showers. Spectacular Atlantic views from all bedrooms and walkout balconies.

The balconies all have provision for 2 hammocks outside each bedroom, so you can enjoy the view and the breeze with a book and a drink anytime.

First floor well equipped, modern, custom mahogany kitchen with granite counter tops; plus a convenient full function kitchenette on the second floor - complete with granite counter tops, fridge, stove.

The second-floor kitchenette is very convenient - great for morning coffee, snacks, drinks, evening treats.. all very handy.

The elevation and constant Atlantic breeze make the villa naturally comfortable. Windows are meshed to keep out any random insects and bugs.

The villa is secure and with housekeeping service Monday to Friday at no extra charge. All other conveniences including AC, Cable TV, wireless internet, phone, washer, etc. Plus a complete roof deck to enjoy the night sky !

The entire roof of the villa is a roof deck with spectacular, panoramic views during the day, and a wonder at night, just to go up and enjoy the Southern night sky.

Close access to one of the best beach in the South, horseback riding, windsurfing, supermarkets, etc.

Anse de Sables Saint Lucia is one of the country’s most unspoilt and longest stretches of beach. Almost two kilometres long, the beach opens out into a reef-enclosed, shallow bay and is one of the most picturesque locations in Saint Lucia. The beach curves slightly into the wind which has made Anse de Sables Saint Lucia a favourite among kite boarders and windsurfers.

The setting is extremely natural and private, and unlike many of the other Saint Lucia beaches, this one is usually not overrun by tourists.

Oma is a great host, very communicative and helpful. From restaurant and shopping suggestions to aligning us with a great guide for a day on the water. A taste of paradise.

Castle in Paradise is so much more than a place to stay. It is truly home away from home with a wonderful view of the Atlantic ocean and all amenities.This Villa is approximately 10 minutes from the airport and upon arrival you can go straight for a cold Piton. There is no line up to check in or waiting for a table in order to enjoy your meal. Daily tours, taxi, groceries and more Piton can all be organized through the owner. Highly recommended and I would encourage anyone to try the experience of this beautiful Villa. I'm down for going back.....love it.

Great vacation location

Great property location, close to airport, Vieux Fort town, and at least 3 really nice restaurants. We spent 10 days at the property, the place was clean, with regular cleaning service. Driver was available for trips/tours, and made great recommendations and suggestions regarding locations for sightseeing. There was also someone available to cook as needed. Vacation was disrupted by Hurricane Beryl, power outage was less than a day, water was also disrupted, however, owner was available and communicated promptly to resolve issues. Would recommend a generator for power during power outages, and consider adding weather strips to the patio doors, as water entered into the rooms during the rain. Highly recommended fixing the roads to the property. Would have given a five star rating if not for these issues.

Overall a great stay. Only drawback is that the main living rooms warm up during the day due to a/c units only being in each of the 4 bedrooms. On a breezy day, opening up the front and back main doors helps to cool things down a bit. The dryer worked on and off. Would gladly book the villa again.

Beautiful breath of fresh air

We celebrated my 50th birthday with a girls getaway. The house was well-appointed and very clean.The neighborhood was something out of a tropical fairy tale with lovely landscaping and fruit trees. Myrna went above and beyond by providing a delicious birthday cake and Virginia gave us culinary tour theough wvery wonderful meal she served. Everyone we met were kind and generous. I'm already planning to return as soon as possible!

Very accommodating staff

We found this property very clean, well appointed and well supplied with paper products as well as kitchen equipment. The staff was extremely helpful and very prompt when answering our questions and taking care of our needs. Ian, the caretaker, was particularly helpful to us and kept the pool sparkling. The property is located out of the tourist area which we really enjoyed along with unique family restaurants nearby. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a St Lucian island experience

Very nice property and very responsive host

We loved the property and the responsiveness of the host. They had everything arranged for us including a car/driver at a very reasonable price. The Villa is big and very well maintained with nice views. It is a gated community, quiet and serene. The only concern I had was the location is a bit far from restaurants/shopping etc. So if you do not have a rental car you are dependent on someone to take you there. Overall, we loved the Villa and enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing villa

We stayed at the villa from March first through the tenth! The villa is beautiful, the view is fantastic! Myrna made checking in and out easy! Virginia is an amazing cook! The villa is located on the south side of the island in a quiet and secure neighborhood, we enjoyed the view and the peace. The villa was clean and well equipped for our stay. I really didn’t have any issues at all! I rate the villa 4 stars instead of 5 for one thing only based on the experience of my company. There were 8 of us together and everyone wanted a tv in their room! I love to wake up and go to sleep with a little noise so I would have liked that also, however I would not hesitate to book the villa again and I would definitely recommend it! Thanks Oma for a wonderful stay.

Perfect place for total relaxation

We booked this villa because we wanted to avoid the crowds and all-inclusives of the north end of the island. We hit the jackpot! Mr McDonald picked us up at the airport and Myrna met us at the villa upon our arrival. We walked into the absolute best place to stay…we felt at home the moment we walked in! They took us to get groceries (Myrna guided us through the store, converting prices to US currency as we shopped) and brought us back for our delicious complimentary supper prepared by Virginia. We went to the mud baths, waterfall, Heritage Sight, lighthouse, Sugar Beach, and stopped for a seaside lunch with a Caribbean view thanks to our terrific driver, Miles McDonald! He’s the best…answered our endless questions, stopped on a dime to show us something we were interested in, took us to the grocery store, sightseeing, and shared his life stories with us. Myrna and Oma checked in with us to make sure we had not experienced any problems or concerns. But mostly we did exactly what we had come to do…relax! This villa is absolutely perfect for doing just that! King size super comfortable beds in each bedroom, two kitchens that are fully stocked with quality items of every kind, spacious bathrooms, plenty of storage, large dining table, and room….so much room….to move about in. The balconies are amazing…always a cool breeze! Pool area is perfect, too. If you can’t tell by my ramblings, let me tell you…this is paradise for those who are looking for an awesome place to relax and enjoy St Lucia! The owner and staff are so attentive…the best! We hope to return to St Lucia in the future and we know where we want to stay…HERE!!!!

Loud neighbor

+ Property is very nice + People are very nice and try to resolve any issues within their control + / - Arranged a few dinners which were good ($90 + cost of groceries). However the cook failed to show one night so we had to scramble after waiting and waiting. Had this happened to my guests, I would’ve called a restaurant to deliver or provided a credit to go out to eat - If the inconsiderate neighboring house is throwing a party during your stay, you will get no sleep. Sound is so loud that the entire house shakes and earplugs don’t help (we’re not old, we’ve never heard anything so loud, neighbor must have a concert caliber sound system). Owner said this is rare but this happened twice during our stay and there have been previous complaints. Had this happened to my guests, I would’ve provided a credit for the impacted nights - Location isn’t great. Close to airport but almost all tourist attractions are far away and nearby restaurants are limited. We were driving ~2+ hours almost every day Definitely avoid if the neighbor is throwing a party while you’re there. Otherwise it’s a decent option if you’re ok with the location

Wonderful vacation property

We had a fantastic time at this property in St. Lucia! We were met by Myrna upon arrival for the easiest check in. Our first night, we were blessed with a delicious meal (and wonderful company) by Virginia. The villa itself was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Communication between us, the owner and property manager were top notch. Could not recommend this property more!

What a great stay

Myrna met us at the house upon arrival, welcomed us and gave us a tour of the house and any other important information and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay and made us some delicious banana bread. McDonald, our driver, was very knowledgeable about the island and was a great tour guide. Virginia's meals were delicious and a nice break from having to cook for ourselves. The maid service came in each day and the pool was cleaned daily. They were all polite and courteous. Overall, the staff was awesome! There were amazing views from almost anywhere in the house. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. The house is located in the southeastern part of the island which is low key and quiet. To get anywhere you had to have a driver or rent a car. Overall, we loved the house and would stay there again.

Gorgeous house with gorgeous views

I had a great experience with this rental. The owner is a gem and he has a terrific staff on the island. The owner answered my many questions and connected me with people to help me with a project in St. Lucia. The house is located in a gated community a few miles from the airport. It is large. Lots of space to spread out. The bedrooms are huge with lots of closet space. The views from the house are breathtaking. I wish I did not have to work when I was there because I would have loved to spend all my time on the upper deck. I can’t say enough great things about this rental experience and my standards are high. I have rented 6 homes on VRBO for one week rentals since the start of the pandemic and all of the homes have been multimillion dollar homes on the beach (walkout to sand) in the US. Although not on the beach, this house and the entire experience was comparable. I will definitely rent again.

Best of everything!

A beautiful villa with views of ocean and hill sides. Layout is perfect with all rooms opening to veranda or balcony. Pool is clean and wonderful. Hammocks sway with the constant breeze. We enjoyed the location because it offered seclusion and peace, as well as accessibility to the beauty and activities of the southern and middle parts of the island. We took a wonderful day trip to the north and were happy to return to our retreat! Extremely accessible to the airport! The hospitality provided by the property manager, owner and support was beyond five stars! We enjoyed the near-daily service from housekeeping, delicious meals prepared by Virginia, concierge service from Myrna, and transportation and guidance from Miles. The property owner, Oma, is responsive and helpful!

Truly a Castle in Paradise

What a great vacation! My husband and I and two of our friends stayed here for two weeks. It is an ideal location since it is very close to the airport. The place is beautiful, the view is fantastic, and the entire group, including the owner, were wonderful to work with in order to ensure that we had everything, and I mean everything, we needed to make our vacation just perfect. We had access to a concierge, a housekeeper, a cook, a massage therapist, even the owner, but most of all a wonderful driver that was available to carry us anywhere, anytime we needed him on a 24-hour notice, sometimes less. This is very important since this place is located on the south end of the island. You will definitely want to book at least a day trip to the north end with him. The owner's team has all the information and access to anything and anyone that you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. There is everything in that villa that you would ever need or think of. Even though there are two floors, each floor is well equipped for cooking, lounging, eating, and relaxing. Even though Covid restrictions are making travel difficult at times, you can rest assured that this team is up-to-date on all that you need and know where to get it and have the means to get you to what you need. This is very comforting in travel today. We all agreed that we will definitely go back and will stay here again. We hope the same owner and team will be there too.

Beautiful place away from the crowds

This house is terrific, with clean rooms, big kitchen, nice pool and deck, charcoal grill, great views of ocean. The property is away from the crowds, so perfect in a pandemic! It is a drive to get anywhere, although beach is close and a couple of small restaurants. If you prefer big touristy crowded places, then choose somewhere else. But for true St. Lucia experience, come here! The cook (Virginia) and the manager (Myrna) were very accommodating and everything was terrific.

Great and Private Villa

We loved our stay at this Villa. From start to finish, Oma, and Myrna were so helpful from picking us up at the airport to helping us book a couple of excursions. Ms. Virginia absolutely wowed us on the first night with the food she prepared that we asked her to come back two more times and both times did not disappoint! The villa is as pictured and is perched up on top of a hill. There is a great breeze all the time that keeps you and the villa cool without having to turn on the AC. Very clean and very comfortable. Will definitely book this again next time we visit the beautiful island of St. Lucia!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this property! Beautiful house, loved having the pool, all the rooms were spacious and had their own full bathrooms! Myrna (house manager) was great and always available to help with anything that came up! Jermile and JP (drivers) were great and answered any questions we had about the island and got us to our excursions or any place we needed or wanted to go. Virginia or VoVo (cook) was awesome and cooked great meals! She was always giving me ways to cook food and brought local things for us to try. House was cleaned everyday and they did a great job! Our vacations ran very smoothly with the help of everyone involved!!! Only drawback was the location. Most excursions were about an hour away. Had a great vacation and would definitely come back to this home.

Breathe Taking!!!

One of our best family vacations!!!! Oma has a beautiful home. Beautiful views from every room. Huge shout out to Myrna, Virginia and their staff. They were excellent and very accommodating. Highly recommend this villa when visiting Saint Lucia!!

Superb, perfect, wonderful holiday accommodation!!

This was my family's fifth visit to St Lucia having previously stayed in the all inclusive hotels in the north and south of the island. But we all agreed without exception that this was our very best trip ever - and it was all due to our stay at Villa Sans Souci which is located on the ''Castles in Paradise Estate"! We can't recommend it highly enough - you will want for nothing in the accommodation - every wish and need is catered for to the very highest standard. The villa is spotlessly clean and any practical assistance you may need will be given in minutes from Oma the owner and his staff. You will need a car (or driver) but it is the perfect location to enjoy what is to us the unspoilt part of St Lucia in the south of the island. Within a ten minute drive there are two supermarkets and a chemist plus a vast choice of local produce to purchase from roadside or market stalls you will pass on your journeys - home grown by local St Lucians - who will happily tell you the best way to cook it! We enjoyed fresh fish, coconut water, watermelons, mangos and plantain and so much more The meal arranged by villa owner Oma on arrival was superb - Caribbean food at its very best! And the chef is available to cook for you whenever you would wish to arrange it. There are local road side bars and restaurants offering a wide range of snacks and meal - local food to pasta, burgers and chips - everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. The owners of Savannes Bar (on the main road outside the estate) invited us to a cooked breakfast of saltfish, bakes and cocotea - just because we mentioned when we were enjoying some Piton's there that we were looking forward to this breakfast treat! For those visiting St Lucia for the first time, information about sight-seeing visits and how to arrange what you would like to do is all available in the villa or by using the villa's free wi-fi (fast and reliable) on your mobile or laptop! If you want a relaxing holiday on an idyllic Caribbean island in a stunning location in superb accommodation - then you will find it here.
