This is our favorite rental and we have stayed here between one and three times a year since 2021. The owner has thought of everything because he used to live onsite . The main house is where we always place people traveling with children and it has two suites on the middle level , a well stocked kitchen on the main level and a roof top upper level for people who want to enjoy the view . The ADU ( owners suite ), pool cabana and three pool suites complete the compound and everyone has privacy. The walkable boardwalk has some of the island 's best restaurants and coconut beach is an easy walk from the home . Some of our best vacation memories occurred here and we can't wait to come back and make more

This is our second stay at this property. It is nothing less than exceptional. The living space is clean, Charles is very responsive, Air conditioner is amazing, pool and pool area is great for gathering, and beach chairs/gear is more than we would ever need. There is a speaker that is super easy to connect to that has great sound. Check the kitchen before you go to the grocery store. There are lots of spices and cooking oil available. This property has so many great features that make it perfect for any gathering.

This house is perfectly located in the neighborhood of Esperanza. Everything you could need was in walking distance: restaurants, grocery, liquor store, beaches, excursions. Super safe. Great for large groups. Charles is an amazing host! Highly recommend.

Great home rental for larger groups and families. The contact for the home is very helpful and responsive! The each room has bed, restroom and shower, another in the living room, top deck of main house and one next to pool. House is stocked with every amenities you could ask for. They do not advertise but house had beach chairs, random snorkel equipment, coolers, boogie boards and a paddle board. Also if you have never experienced coqui frogs thes little frogs are so loud! We loved them and with a flashlight and sime patience you can find them sitting in small leaves. Also constant roosters crowing all morning and day.

Vieques Views & Family Time

Our trip was amazing. Charles, the owner, offered to leave the car we rented from him at the ferry so from the moment we arrived, we started to settle into Vieques. The house is nestled in a neighborhood, in walking distance to a mini market and multiple waterfront restaurants, yet it offers complete privacy, breathtaking views and beautiful amenities. Every bedroom has an en suite and is perfectly appointed and air conditioned. It was like being in a private resort. We didn’t need to leave, but then we would have missed the many incredible beaches just minutes away. All of the beach gear you need is provided, as well as bath and pool towels. Charles is there to offer any recommendations you need, and is super responsive. The caretakers of the property come each day and quietly care of the fruit trees and herbs planted behind the house (our young and adult kids just loved checking out the plants and we even sampled a few fruits). We suggest booking the inexpensive ferry in advance online, and be aware that the ferries with cargo are just over an hour. The fast ferry is closer to 40 minutes. We booked Ray’s Taxi service ahead of our travels to get from San Juan to the ferry, and they were reasonable, communicative and timely. The bioluminescent bay tour was wonderful, and we actually walked to the meet up spot. We also enjoyed the quick ride and shady hike to black sand beach for a short morning activity. We cannot wait to visit in the future!

Best VRBO Ive stayed in

The place was beautiful, big, with lots to explore. Make sure to check out the third floor terrace with views of the sunset and ocean as well as the gorgeous gardens. Everyone had a fantastic room with its own bathroom. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great experience

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. It was a mini-resort with all the bedrooms having their own bathroom. The majority of the bedrooms had an outside entrance. The grounds were very well maintained and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/bar. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. While the house was walkable to downtown Esperanza, we drove most of the time. Location was central to downtown and all the beaches. Everything was within 20 minutes. Grocery store 2 min drive. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Yearly paradise visit

What can we say about our gracious thoughtful host and this amazing property . It is thoughtfully stocked with anything and everything you will needFor the week . The grounds are immaculate and offer edible . Easy walk to the restaurants in Esperanza. Pool and grounds are maintained daily . We always look forward to our next return . The layout between the main house and poolside bedrooms makes it easy to blend large groups or two families .

Love this property in Beautiful Vieques!

Our group of friends were at La Casona Blanca for twelve nights in January, 2025. The property is even nicer than the pictures in VRBO. The place is spectacular, clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a great Vieques vacation. Charles was around to answer questions and the pool was cleaned and property maintained while we were there. My husband and I have vacationed in Vieques a few times and we enjoyed sharing the island with friends at this gorgeous property. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms made it very nice for a group of unrelated friends. (I counted ten showers, two outdoors) We were able to walk into Esperanza or to the nearby beaches. We also rented a vehicle from the owner. It doesn’t get much better than a vacation in Vieques visiting the pristine beaches and relaxing at the amazing La Casona Blanca.
