"This was our second stay at this property (in a different apartment), and once again it did not disappoint. The space was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with basic cooking items, though spices were minimal. The location is a big plus—easy walking distance to downtown restaurants—and we would definitely stay here again."

"If you don’t like dogs, especially off leash dogs in the elevator, this is not the property for you. The staff was very supportive in finding a room with an earlier check in and a king bed. My Expedia reservation was misleading when trying to book a king, and ending up with 2 queens. With a three night stay why have to ask for a towel change. Love the location"

"Our bed in the Patrick House was very comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft. The breakfasts (strata, ham and cheese pie, apple raisin quiche) included fresh fruit (strawberry, pineapple, grapes, cantaloup) and delicious lemon poppyseed loaf bread. "We stayed in July 2026 in the Baldwin room and can provide very positive feedback. This self service hotel is very well run. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location is in the quiet city centre near the university. When parking in the back of the hotel guests need to park close to the fence/wall to leave space for the other cars to maneuver.
