"It was a beautiful July weekend when we visited, Temps in 70's and 80's. To our surprise the hotel had no Air Conditioning so we were advised to leave the balcony door open and place a fan there, which was not that helpful and in fact the fan was defective and needed to be propped up to stay vertical. When we checked in we had requested that our room be serviced the next day and they didn't come around until almost 3:45 in the afternoon. Past the time we needed to clean up from hiking and...

"Very cute little place to stay in a convenient location to the ski resort. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Only complaint was it was a little dark in the room."

"Room and property were clean. There aren't really staff to call with needs, but there are staff on site during office hours. We love the hot tub, plus slope side and public transit convenience at the Grand. Room included coffee but not creamer/sugar or other coffee amenities which was tough to plan for."

"no air condition in the room. Too hot. Staff that do the check in not to friendly. I had reserved 2 king size bed, but end up with one king and one king murphy bed. It's not convenient."

"The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal "
