Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas. "Es war hervorragend in dieser Unterkunft zu bleiben! Auch wenn’s nur eine Nacht war. David hat uns netterweise alles im Haus und im Garten gezeigt, aber auch viel über die Umgebung erzählt! Wir haben sogar kostenlos Karten für die Seilbahn (verschiedene) und für die Bergbahn bekommen! Dadurch konnte man über 100-150€ für 5 Personen sparen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. "The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "

"Wir hatten ein Comfort Doppelzimmer und es war wirklich schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Zimmer waren sehr leise. Das Hotel ist wirklich gut gedämmt und überhaupt nicht hellhörig. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es eine tolle vielfältige Auswahl und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Auch mit dem Tiefgaragenstellplatz hat alles prima geklappt. Die Pools sind sauber und auch angenehm beheizt. Einziges Manko ist das Menü beim Abendessen. Für Kinder ist hier leider kaum was geboten. Ansonsten...
