Guests will have exclusive access to the whole cabin and property (except locked owner's room, locked kitchen cabinet, shed and garage). Please do not try to access the storage room, cabinet, shed or garage during your stay. There is plenty of free parking on the premises. Guests have full access to surrounding property, including the yard, pavilion, pond area, fire pit, nature trails and outdoor space. The property blew us away with woods to explore, beautiful snow falling while in the hot tub and a cozy wood stove! The host was the best we've ever had! He was so invested in us having the best stay! We will be back!

The vacation rental is stunning. The cabin was so clean and welcoming. The owners left us a gift basket and even treats for the dogs. The property is so private and secluded and absolutely beautiful. We absolutely loved our time spent in the hot tub and walking the trails around the property with our dogs. The pond and fire pit were a great bonus to our trip. And the foliage.... Amazing. Highly recommend this wonderful rental and we can't wait to come back and experience all 4 seasons here. The owners kept in touch and made sure our stay was everything we were hoping for.

WINTER CONDITIONS & SNOW REMOVAL:
-During winter months, snow and icy conditions are common. We make every effort to have the driveway cleared prior to guest arrival; however, during active or ongoing snowstorms, accumulation may occur until the plowing service is able to access the property. The plowing service is not on-call, and timing may vary based on weather conditions.
-Guests are responsible for clearing snow and ice from the deck, stairs, and walkway to the parking area as needed during their stay. A snow shovel and sand are provided. During heavy snowfall, vehicle access may be temporarily limited until plowing is completed. Please use caution when navigating outdoor areas, and proper winter footwear is strongly recommended.

SECURITY CAMERA:
For added safety and peace of mind, a single surveillance camera is installed at the front of the property. It is positioned to monitor the driveway and surrounding exterior areas. The camera records video but is angled away from the house to respect your privacy.

Guests are required to review and agree to our rental agreement prior to arrival. Acceptance is required before check-in. This agreement includes safety policies for the pool (Florida), hot tub (Florida & Vermont), and pond (Vermont) and applies to all occupants. You must also to complete a pre-arrival form.
Pets (dogs only, 2 max, house-trained only, no puppies under 1 year) are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee. All pets must be added to the reservation before arrival—undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation.
