"Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. "

"THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! "

"Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. "

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any.
