Beautiful beach home on the lovely Ambersand Beach! Amazing ocean and riverfront views to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Close to nature parks, preserves, and historic jungle trail. The Beach is very active for Sea turtle nesting. Property located 2 miles from the Sebastian Inlet which is known for fishing and surfing. There is a sidewalk on west side of A1A to accommodate bike riding.

Home offers 2 living areas. First floor has 1 bedroom with double bunks and 1 bath, living area and kitchenette.

Second floor has 1 full kitchen, 1 full bath, laundry room, and living area. Third floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a loft in each each with full beds and 1 full bath.

This home has flexibility which guests can rent either all 3 floors, top two, or first floor.

Excellent again!

Second time at this great rental! Very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, bedroom's are very comfortable. Stones throw from your own private beach with beautiful sunrises. Sunsets from your own dock. Paradise found!

Great Beach Vacation

The house was wonderful- just as pictured in the listing. The owners were very friendly, prompt communicating, and quick to help when we had an issue early in the week. Top notch hospitality. The beach is beautiful and we had it basically to ourselves the whole week- could go hours every day without seeing anyone else on the beach… This, in particular, ended up being one of my favorite aspects of our stay… it’s a level of peaceful you can’t describe, only experience. I’d highly recommend this property for a beach vacation. We had a great stay! (Beach tip: about 8-12 feet out in the water- depending on the tide- there are rocks in the sandbar running parallel to the beach. Not a problem for us- nature does what it wants, after all- but a reason to enter the water cautiously…. As opposed to running/diving. A cheap pair of swim shoes might even be good if you like to get out chest-deep in the waves a lot.)

Great Beach House!!

Location was beautiful right on the beach. We watched sunrise and sunset every night. We were even able to watch a full moon rise while we were there! Communication with Harvey was seamless. The kitchen was wonderful. All utensils, cookware, etc. were in great condition. Beds and bedding very comfortable. We would be very happy to stay there again!

Best view sunrise and sunset in Vero Beach!

Property owner/manager provided a great family experience at this property to celebrate our 30th anniversary! Harvey was attentive, courteous, and made the VRBO experience a great choice for a family vacation. I hope to enjoy this property again in the future.

Home Away from Home

This is one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The house was perfect for our family. We loved being steps away from the beach and having it all to ourselves. I recommend to bring water shoes because there are some rocks in the water. Harvey and Mercy are wonderful hosts and keep the house well stocked should you forget to bring something. Which is why I felt as if we were home! Looking forward to going back soon. José Cabello

Grand slam!

Very secluded area of Vero. Most days we were he only ones on the beach. It was spectacular. Great house. Clean. Well maintained. The host was super helpful when we asked questions about the area. We will definitely go again.

A true paradise

This is definitely a property I would stay at again. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house was amazing. Very clean, comfortable beds, easy access to the beach (which is nearly deserted), and a very quiet, nice neighborhood. I loved the option of being able to rent just the top 2 floors since there were only 4 of us. It was so great!

Peaceful getaway

This was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay.. The kids really enjoyed having their own area on the lower level. Everything was very clean and I loved the overall theme. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

There was everything I could possibly need at the tip of my fingers so I didn't have to run over to any store for anything like cooking utensils, janitorial supplies, electronics and appliances. Very relaxing.

Beautiful, clean, secluded beach front property.

This home is one of the best that Sebastian/Vero Beach has to offer. Beautiful and very well kept, Harvey was so helpful and easy to get a hold of. We had 13 people staying and we never felt crowed or congested. Looking forward to next year!

Amazing House and Hosts

If you are looking for a quiet, immaculate, well designed beach house on a commercially undeveloped beach with outstanding owners, then you are looking at the correct listing. Harvey and Mercy are the most gracious homeowners that we have ever encountered in our years of renting beach homes. From start to finish, they make sure that everything about your stay runs seamlessly. The care and concern that Harvey and Mercy exhibit about your rental experience with their home makes it seem as if you are long time friends borrowing their place. As far as the house goes, it is a perfect beach house. There is no wasted space. Every window , deck and door provide a water view of either the Atlantic or the Inter Coastal. There are no large developments or public beaches nearby so the beach is truly private. We have already made plans to return for our next family Spring Break Trip.
