Located right at the mountain’s edge, our condo at The Appalachian puts you within walking distance of Mountain Creek Ski Resort - A fun base for families, couples, and friends to enjoy adventure, relaxation & everything in between.

Your Stay Includes:

· 1 Bedroom/1 bathroom condo - sleeps up to 4 with a king bed (bedroom) + queen sofa bed (living room)

· Free access to The Appalachian's year-round, heated, outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, barrel sauna, fitness room & indoor/outdoor game areas! Open daily (10AM–10PM, Fri/Sat ‘til 11PM!). Pool towels aren’t provided, so please bring your own!

· Enjoy your favorite shows and movies with streaming apps available on both TVs - just log in with your own accounts (Please note, standard cable and our personal accounts are not included).

Guest Access:
· Common spaces such as garage, lobby, pool area, gym, laundry room & ski locker room (winter). No guest access to the locked cleaner closet as well as cabinet over microwave in condo.

Other things to note:
· Our pricing adjusts daily based on demand. VRBO adds local/state taxes as well as service fees to the total rate.
· We’re located in The Appalachian building, but are a privately owned condo, not part of the hotel, things can be lively at times!
· Ski Lift/Rentals and Waterpark tickets are not included with your stay.
· For the latest on Mountain Creek activities and dining, please check with them directly- we aren’t responsible for their updates.
· We aren’t able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you need extra time, booking the night before/after is your best option.

· We always stick to our cancellation policy - We highly suggest purchasing trip insurance through Generali.

· Kindly review our House Rules and Checkout procedures before booking to ensure a smooth, surprise-free stay.

· You’ll receive a personal access code for the condo - just for your stay.
· Guests have access to entire condo except locked cleaner closet and cabinet over microwave.
· Please keep windows and balcony door closed when using heat or A/C to stay comfortable & keep bugs out.
· Don’t forget to bring pool/waterpark towels and Pack ’N Play sheets if needed.
· No lifeguard is on duty at the Appalachian pool area.
· The seasonal fireplace is turned off during the warmer months.
· A ski locker is available on site for winter guests.

· Building amenities like the elevator, WiFi, pool, hot tub, and sauna are not managed by us, so we can’t guarantee their availability.
· Rare disruptions - such as power outages, fire alarms, building noise, or poor weather - can happen and are beyond our control.

· No parties, pets, smoking, or outside vendors, please.

· Mail and package delivery are not available to the condo or building.
