El Nin Apartment with Terrace

El Nin Apartment for rental is a great apartment for up to 6 guests with AC and  partial sea view. It has been restored during 2016 and it is today a great  property in the heart of the village. It welcomes our guests in splendour and comfort! Guests choose it for location and good value for money. The views from this property are really unique with slices of the Mediterranean waters appearing here and there through the apartment windows.

The Apartment

El Nin  Apartment lies in the very heart of Vernazza, with access from the main street, Via Visconti, and occupies 3rd and 4th floor of the building.

On 3rd floor we have a spacious living room with dining table and double sofa bed, a nice kitchen, a double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. On this floor also the washing machine. From the lateral window of the apartment we have a unique view on part of the main street opening on the main square and the sea behind. This view is curious and fascinating.

An indoor staircase takes us up to the upper floor where we have a twin bedroom with single beds (they can be joined to make a double, on request). From the staircase we have access to a large terrace equipped with  table and chairs. The view on the village is fascinating! And the sea and the main square amidst the buildings  with Monterosso and the Cappuccini Friars Monastery in the distance offer us memorable views and emotions.

El Nin Apartment has air conditioning, wifi and heating, so a good solution for the whole year.

Why Choosing it

The apartment El Nin  is  spacious and extremely bright, in central location and close to all.  All major stores are below the property. It promises opportunities of amazing and comfortable holidays. The terrace offers a partial sea view and an absolute enchanting view on the village.

Good to Know

Being on a third floor, there are steps and porter service is available on request at extra charge. Travelling light to the Cinque Terre is always a good advice.

Super cute and convenient

We were only there for two nights, but it was super cute and a very convenient location. They also thought of small details that made our arrival extra special. It was not a problem for us, but beware of the steps. This would not be an ideal location for someone who struggles with steps or for small children.

A day in Vernazza

We were literally here for one full day and two nights. The property is charming but many, many stairs to drag luggage up. I think this is the nature of Vernazza which adds to its charm but is difficult for some of us who are a little older. The location is in the town center and close to everything. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent Cinque Terre location, unusual to have room for 5

This was a great find for our family group of 5 to all stay in one property with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The location is very convenient (between train station & the coast), with a tiny view of the sea. It is noisy because you are right in the town, so if you are seeking quiet look elsewhere. Like nearly everyplace in Italy we stayed, there are many steep stairs. The apartment was exactly as represented. Bathrooms are tiny by American standards. The terrace up top was a bonus and lovely. Shopping and food are right across from the apartment entrance. The town of Vernazza is an experience. Communication was clear from the management property and they provided easy to understand instructions and helpful info on the Cinque Terre trails.

Great place, great location

My wife and I, along with our two boys (22, 19) stayed here for 4 nights. The location cannot be beat, right in the center of Verazza. The place is clean. Yes, the bathrooms are small even by European standards, so what. The stairs are steep, but it's an old building. Having a clothes washer was great for us along with the full kitchen. The rooftop terrace is great as well. The only downside, and this is not about the property as any other place in Vernazza will have this too... is that the trash people come around 6am to collect trash which means you can hear them and the breaking of glass etc... they have to do it early before the crowds get to town, and belive me, the town gets VERY crowded. again NOT a reflection on this property at all.

Great stay in an idyllic setting

The place was conveniently located in town…. 2 minutes from everything. A/C worked great…. Or open the windows and enjoy breeze and small town chatter. Check-in was well organized with helpful stay. Host oriented us to activities in the area. We hiked, took train to other villages, ate well. Apartment was cute and well appointed. Loved the balcony! Shower on 3rd floor was a bit small but workable. Kitchen was large…with a sitting area. Stairs are very safe but steep (if you have mobility issues). If we can make it back I would love to stay there LONGER. 😀

Very comfortable property in beautiful Vernazza. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Loved the terrace with sea views. Property managers very nice and helpful. Loved the community of Vernazza especially in the evening when it was less crowded. Would love to return.

Great location in Vernazza

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable apartment in Cinque Terre, Italy, nestled right in the heart of the Vernazza. This centrally located gem was an absolute delight and contributed immensely to the overall magic of our Cinque Terre experience. The space was tastefully furnished, combining local artisanal touches with all the amenities one could wish for including a well-equipped kitchenette and air conditioning if needed. The apartment also had a cozy living area and two bedrooms. The small patio off the upper floor was a great spot to relax and had a small view of the water. The location of the apartment couldn't have been more ideal. Situated right in the heart of town, we were able to step out and immediately immerse myself in the lively energy of Vernazza. The apartment's central location also made it incredibly convenient for exploring the other villages of Cinque Terre. With the train station just a short walk away, we could easily hop on a train and explore the neighboring towns, each with its own unique charm and beauty. We can't recommend this centrally located apartment enough. It provided us with the perfect base for our Cinque Terre adventure, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the local culture and beauty. Our stay here was an unforgettable experience.

Great location

Comfortable apartment. We loved spending time on the terrace. It was a bonus to have a washer, then hung clothes on the line to dry. Location was great Check in was easy. Stairs were challenging but this was expected. Easy access to train, stores and beach.

Beautiful Vernazza

It was great to stay there, right in the heart of town. It was close to the water and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset while waiting for dinner. The apartment was clean and having the rooftop patio was our favorite. We were able to do our laundry and hang our clothes with plenty of room. The rooftop was wonderful for happy hour and regrouping before dinner. The stairs to enter are steep and challenging but once inside it was all worth it. The location was also very close to the start of the hike to Monterosso. We did that as well and rode the train back. Again, challenging but the views are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in Vernazza. Thank you.

Vernazza Apt

Perfect place from which to explore Cinque Terre. Just steps from the train and harbor for dining. Check in was simple and on the way to the apartment. Air conditioning worked well. Steps to and inside the apartment are steep but manageable. Great deck for morning coffee.
