Enjoy your holidays in this brand new holiday home in Ventimiglia, a town in the province of Imperia, in Liguria overlooking the sea and the hills, and close to the French border. There is a beautiful private terrace with furniture, so perfect for starting the day with your favourite drink. This home is ideal for a family vacation. Private parking with automatic gate. Ventimiglia, the last Ligurian city on the border with France, is located near Sanremo where you can visit the historic center, the nearby fortresses such as Forte San Paolo, the semicircular Roman theatre. You can also easily reach large French cities such as Monte Carlo at only 25km or Menton at 15km. A holiday in this apartment offers the opportunity to relax near the sea. The apartment ihas functional furnishing for your comfortable stay. There is an equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals. The first floor that hosts bedrooms can be reached via a staircase. The air-conditioning in every room will keep the indoor temperature under check.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted

Wat een heerlijke week hebben we gehad. Bij aankomst werden we meteen gastvrij ontvangen, kregen we goede uitleg en voelden we ons meteen welkom. Aan het huis ontbreekt niets, heerlijke ruime kamers, goed werkende airco en WiFi maar vooral de douche werd goed ontvangen. Mooi uitzicht over de bergen en de zee en 10 minuten naar het plaatsje Ventimiglia. Weggetje erheen is wel smal dus grote brede auto is niet handig alhoewel iedereen vriendelijk je helpt met elkaar passeren. Een aanrader!!!

Immense terrasse avec vu sur la vallée et la mer. Lits confortables. Condo récemment rénové. Route étroite et sinueuse sur les 2 derniers km. Stationnement privé. Bel accueil et réponse rapide si interrogation. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Die Wohnung mit Terasse ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat schönen Meer- und Bergblick. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und auch die Schlüsselübergabe und so sonstige Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Einzig die Wendeltreppe ist für kleine Kinder etwas steil, dafür ist die Dusche ein absoluter Traum 🙃

Accueil très sympa par la propriétaire, aménagement parfait et propreté au top, vue sur Vintimille conforme à l'annonce. Si le séjour & la terrasse permettent d'accueillir 4 personnes sans problème, au niveau des chambres c'est plus délicat: la porte de séparation laisse passer la lumière et éclaire la chambre "parentale" (sans fenêtre) si l'occupant de l'autre chambre veut lire le soir. Comme évoqué dans les commentaires, la route menant à Seglia est très étroite et, lorsque le trafic est plus important, elle nous oblige à effectuer de nombreuses manoeuvres (parfois de longues marche-arrière) si on ne roule pas en Fiat 500. Mais dans l'ensemble, notre séjour fut très agréable.

The property was cozy, wonderful large balcony overlooking the hill and then onto the sea. All the possible necessities be it in the bathroom, bedroom, living or in the kitchen were there… achieving full comfort, home-feeling while abroad.. would gladly return.. (Roads in this area are quite narrow, if renting a vehicle make sure it’s a smaller model…)

Notre avons passé quelques jours très agréables à Seglia. L'appartement est cosy, bien équipé, très soigné, avec une grande et belle terrasse et une jolie vue. La propriétaire, Sacha, a toujours répondu rapidement à nos demandes. La route d'accès qui monte à Seglia est plutôt étroite et deux voitures peuvent avoir du mal à se croiser, mais comme beaucoup de routes d'accès aux villages dans cette zone.

This place here, is something amazing. We spent several weeks in Europe, all over. We have to say this was our favorite. We came here at the half way point of our long Europe trip and was great to help us unwind a little and just relax. Away from touristy sites and sound. quite and peaceful. the excellent huge Balcony outside is where we spent most of our time. The house is situated high up on the mountainside above the Valley below where the Ventigmilia is located so the views are breathtaking. You can see the beautiful cliff sides across the valley and the town below, with the Sea clearly visible to the south. Can stress enough how great the views are! The home was great as well. second floor bedrooms have panoramic windows that let you get the same beautiful view. bathrooms are great. Kitchen is great! You do need to have a car to get to and from this home however.The great thing is this place is very close to Monaco and Nice. so it is convenient to travel there for the day and come back and relax. So it is important you have a rental car during your stay.

Das ist eine neu renovierte Unterkunft mit wirklich vollständiger Ausstattung zum wohlfühlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat gute Tipps zur Hand. Die große Sonnenterrasse ist zum Teil beschattet. Dort und aus allen Fenstern gibt es den Blick ins Tal, auf Ventimiglia und das Meer. Die Trasse ist eingegrenzt, so dass der Hund frei laufen kann. Die erste Etage mit den Schlafzimmern ist über eine schmale Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Da kommt der Hund nicht rauf. Unser Hund darf sowie nicht ins Schlafzimmer und ist unten mit Katzengucken besser beschäftigt. Es ist ein kleiner Wirtschaftsraum in einen alten Wasserspeicher auf der Terrasse untergebracht. Dort ist die Waschmaschine und es können Sachen abgelegt werden, die Wohnung bleibt so schön aufgeräumt. Es gibt einen abgegrenzten Stellplatz, der so gerade für einen VW Bus reicht. Kleinere Autos haben da aber kein Problem. Der kleine Ort Seglia hat leider nicht viel zu bieten, auch die Anfahrt hierher ist typisch Ligurisch auf einer kleinen Straße. Man gewöhnt sich dran, in 10-15 Minuten ist man in Ventimiglia und auf der Straße nach Frankreich. Menton, Eze und Monaco sind super erreichbar. Auch das Hinterland lohnt einen Ausflug, besonders Dolceaqua hat uns gut gefallen. Der Ort ist wie eine mittelalterliche Filmkulisse. Die Uferstraße geht mitten durch Ventimiglia und stört leider sehr. Dort Bummeln ist mit Dauerverkehr verbunden. Immerhin ist die Altstadt davon unberührt. Die schaut sehr runtergekommen aus, innen ist es aber besser als man von außen vermutet. Nach Osten sind sehr schöne Orte an der Riviera schnell erreichbar, wir empfehlen Bordighera.

Die Wohnung ist supertoll ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Ein Fernseher wäre vielleicht noch ganz nett. Von der sehr schönen Terasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf Ventmiglia, das Meer und die Berge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Minuten oberhalb von Ventimiglia am Berg. Die Anfahrt dorthin ist abenteuerlich, da die Straße sehr eng ist und es immer wieder Stellen gibt, an denen keine zwei Autos aneinander vorbeikommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es leider nur unten im Ort, sodass man diese Strecke doch recht häufig fahren muss.
