The area is authentic and typically Venetian, full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and all the necessary amenities. The apartment, which is very spacious (150 square meters), features 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and a large living room. A highlight of the apartment is its two terraces: one very large, measuring about 30 square meters, and a typical Venetian rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy a unique view of a wide canal and the bridges that span it. Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked room, which is reserved for the owner. This room is not shown in the listing. Guests have access to everything shown in the photos, including the terraces.

Other things to keep in mind
The tourist tax is NOT included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. It is €4 per person per night for adults; €2 for children between the ages of 10 and 15; children under 10 are exempt.
Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur an additional fee to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
