The Space
The apartment is suitable for 4 people. It features a small but well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower and hair dryer), a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a double sofa bed.
It is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a building near the Prada Foundation.
The location is excellent for exploring the city, whether on foot or by vaporetto. It is, in fact, just a short walk from the S. Stae stop on the Grand Canal and therefore very close to the Rialto Bridge and the Rialto Market.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, regulated in accordance with current regulations. In addition, Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment to ensure your maximum comfort.

Important Information:

Check-in is in person, and to speed up the process, after you book, we’ll kindly ask you to fill out an online check-in form with your information. This will allow us to complete your registration and verify your documents in person quickly.

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax, which is not included in your reservation.

Free check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We look forward to welcoming you during this time.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please note that a surcharge will apply, to be paid directly upon arrival along with the tourist tax:

- Between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM: 35€
- Between 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM: 50€
We do not accept check-ins-in after 12:30 a.m.
