Amazing Gulf home!

Stop browsing properties and book this one! Immaculate and spacious. All 3 bedrooms are large with plenty of closet and dresser space. The kitchen is stocked with any and all cooking appliances as well as a gas grill poolside. The heated pool was warm and inviting! So peaceful in the evenings with the lights on around the pool. The home is located minutes away from the beach, shopping and excellent restaurants. Our host was top-notch! Bea made sure we were comfortable and urged us to reach out with any issues, which we had no issues. She accommodated us with an early check in and late checkout at no additional charge. Large yard with a privacy fence made us feel safe with our two dogs being outside. The most thoughtful touch were the dog bowls set out for us to use. Thank you so much for the best week we’ve had in a very long time!

Family Getaway

We had a very comfortable stay at the Breezy Inn. Beata is an excellent host, very responsive and provided everything we needed. We had access to bikes and beach gear. The interior was very clean and the kitchen provided essentials and extras that were helpful. The location was quiet and near to all of the places we wanted to go. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Clean and comfortable house

The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the pool was warm. John and Bea were very kind and quick to answer any questions that we had. Close to Shamrock Park. We hope to stay there again someday. Thank you!!

Well equipped

This house met all of our needs for our stay over the 4th of July. Pool, bikes, and ping pong kept us busy and laughing while hanging at the house. House was very clean, and had everything to make us feel at home. Beaches are close by. Many restaurants to choose from or have delivered. House was well stocked if we chose to cook at home. Neighborhood was quiet. Owners were very helpful, and answered all our needs quickly. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time. We were displaced and found this place in a pinch - so glad we did! Bea accommodated an early check in for us, the place had everything we needed for our family including young kids. Would stay again!

Venice home

Home was very clean and inside pictures were accurate. Outside pool area looked a little worn but the water was warm and we spent most evenings at the outdoor patio. It was quiet and felt very secluded even with homes so close. Fence kept us private. Home is stocked well and we never needed to buy anything which is not always the case with a home rental. Host was easy to communicate with and left us reminders as the week went on. They felt very caring. It was a nice place to stay and felt very much at home.

Lovely owners, clean house and awesome pool!

Had such an enjoyable time at the house. We were there for a longer stay (30 days) while the kids were participating in local equestrian show. Perfect location for that and area itself is great for food and stores. Owners were wonderful. Reached out in advance if someone needed to stop by which was only to mow lawn and clean pool or to remind for trash day. The house was super clean and the ping pong table was a lot of fun. The pool is heated and was always kept at a great temp which was helpful as it was a bit chilly during our stay. Would recommend based on our experience.

Outstanding vacation!

We absolutely loved our week at this rental. Everything was as described and exceptionally clean. The pool was warm and wonderful. We especially liked the close proximity to Shamrock Park and all the activities offered (basketball, tennis, awesome running & biking trail). Thank you!

Everything that’s needed

The house is pretty perfect for a small family - has everything that’s needed overall from the kitchen to the laundry and linens to the warm pool. Even had bikes and beach stuff. Highly recommended.

Wonderful time

We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were available whenever we had an issue. We had problems with the after a few day but was solved after a couple of days. Very comfortable home and very clean. Would recommend!!!!!

Pool home

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. We were allowed to check in early since it was ready. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with during our stayed. The interior of the house was clean and tidy. The pool water was clear and around 85⁰. The pool cage has screen and the fence surrounding the backyard provides privacy. Unfortunately the outside area around the pool, table and grill was not clean (dog hair, dust and dirt). It was an easy fix as there was a garden hose nearby to spray the floor clean. The garage has a ping pong table but is not air conditioned so during the summer months it is too hot to use. The only really negative thing about the house was the WIFI as it didn't connect to the internet and we had to reset it every day and had to do it several times to get it to work (if you need to do some away from home work while on vacation with the family; know that it's not reliable). We thought the price was too high for the location as we have stayed in other nicer houses and areas for less (in Florida). Above all, we enjoyed our time in the house and felt at home.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Perfect for our family of four. Within driving distance of multiple beaches and great places to eat. The house had all the amenities we needed. Communication from property manager always came in before you had to ask.
