Sweet Apartment Frari This charming apartment is located at the heart of Venice, just one minute walk from the Frari Cathedral and a 10-minute walk from Rialto Bridge . The apartment is beautifully renovated, inside a building dating from the 15th Century.

The apartment consists of a small entrance area and a main room a part of the room is taken up by the fully equipped kitchen and dining table, two double bed rooms with flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bathroom features a shower cubicle.
Located in the popular Sestiere district, the apartment is within a 10-minute walk of several of Venice’s highlights. These include the Rialto Bridge as well the Frari Cathedral. Plenty of excellent bars restaurants and cafes Supermarket and Shops are also on offer in the immediate area.

Sant’Tomà water bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Santa Lucia, the city’s main train station, and Piazzale Roma is a 10-minute foot.

This apartment spoils you for any other apartment. We are currently in Florence staying in a more expensive apartment in a area which is not as nice as Marco's apartment. Out of 10 we would give it 4.But Marco's was like a palace absolutely brilliant with everything you could possibly need. Out of 10 we would give it 20 (it is so good). Marco recommended a local restaurant where we had such a good meal we ate there both nights. A wonderful host who could charge far more for his lovely and spotlessly clean apartment.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything in it was brand new and gorgeous inside. The beds were made up like hotel beds. It had a washer and dryer combination unit which was awesome. It was extremely modern yet the building it was in was incredibly old and they kept the beautiful rafters in the ceiling. If we return to Venice again, we would definitely definitely stay here.

Apartment is clean. Listing did not mention four flights of stairs. Although the listing is for a two bedroom apartment, and we were only two people staying in the apartment, the host charged us an extra 20 euros for using the second bedroom, which I thought was very weird. There is a dining table, but no other sitting area.

Wonderful stay, great location. Very old feeling, right in the heart of the city. The apartment was very clean, well appointed if you wanted to do basic cooking, very nice bathroom with plenty of shampoo and soap. He had little additions like a blender, and other cooking items if you wanted more than basic cooking as well. Two burners which were nice. We did not use those. The air conditioning worked perfectly! Two separate units so the place could be as cool or warm as you wanted. Great view of the streets of Venice when you look out of your windows. Nice place to hang your clothes to dry if you wanted to dry them the natural way. He also had a small combination, washer and dryer that was wonderful for catching up on some Cleaning. If you are older, or unsteady on your feet, be aware that you do have to go up three flights of steps that could be a little bit hard for you. We are young, and healthy, and had no issues at all with that.

Charming apartment

This apartment was so charming we really enjoyed staying here , the view from the balcony was awesome, we had everything we needed and more ,this apartment had so many useful things like electric transformer because mine broke , hairspray, fully functional kitchen so we can prep breakfast, I loved how everything was so close to the major attractions, I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Sweet stay

We loved this property. The location was not too far to walk to see things but away enough from night life that it was quiet when you wanted to go to bed. The property was clean and we appreciated the espresso maker and the bottle of Prosecco that was left for us. Would not recommend for very tall people because the beams are low if you’re over 6ft tall.

Great location, beautiful apartment

Our family with 3 young kids loved our stay here. Apartment is bright, clean, and lovely. Location is beside a piazza where kids played and we had drinks. Walkable to all the sites. Discrepancy with host over 5€ per person (including young children) city tax, which was only downfall of stay.
