If you wish to spend an unforgettable holiday, choose Ca 'dei Zotti, where you can feel a fantastic venitian atmosphere. The excellent location, just a few steps from Campo Santo Stefano, Accademia Bridge and San Mark's Square, make it an excellent solution as a pretty, charming pied-à-terre.
This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a cozy private Palazzetto with a private stairs. The property has been restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning and wooden plank floor. It consists of entrance hall, living are, small kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwaves. Three elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twins. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment are a perfect combination of venitian styles from the past and the present.
Our guests have available throughout the house.
The house has an exclusive entrance on the street, there are no condominiums. The entrance door is armored for added security.
On the ground floor there is a spacious luggage room for a flexible chek-in amd check-out.

Excellent Stay

The apartment was Nice and efficient for our family of 4. The location was great many many options for dinning, shopping, and the main attractions. The hosts reached out uponBooking to help us and I would highly suggest as navigating from airport or train station can be tricky. Carlo greeted us at train station booked a water taxi in advance to the apartment and then walked over to our apartment got us all in and then shared location and suggestions for dinner, entertainment attractions and he and his wife were available at all times. Venice was Beautiful and would stay here in future.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Stayed here recently with my husband and 2 adult daughters. The flat was perfect - Carlo and Maria arranged for an airport water taxi pickup and other transportation while we were in Venice. Flat was clean and conveniently located. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing hosts and location

Hosts greet you and Walk you to property. He also walked us to the local square to orient us. They are fabulous hosts and answer very quickly. The pictures are accurate. It was perfect for our family with 3 teens. We had a great time.

Fabulous stay in Venice

Maria and Carlo are very gracious host! He met us as water taxi plus provided very useful info for our Venice stay plus Maria followed up with recommendations. She was very prompt responding to our inquiries for a doctor for one of our friends who fell sick. The property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds comfy too. We hope to stay again on a future trip. Grazie Mille!

Carlos and Maria are the best hosts!

The property was so clean, in a very good area. Carlos met us at the train and took us to the apartment himself. He then gave us a quick tour of the area and arranged a water taxi for our departure. We felt very welcome and taken care of.

Meravigliosa Ca' dei Zoti

Sono stata ospite di Maria Beatrice e Carlo per un weekend con mio marito, mio figlio tredicenne e tre nonni fra quasi 80 e quasi 90 anni. I padroni di casa sono stati impeccabili e ci hanno aiutato moltissimo - hanno fermato la casa un giorno in più per il caso in cui non fossimo riusciti a ripartire causa sciopero dei treni; Carlo ha fatto mille telefonate al taxi acqueo mentre eravamo alla stazione di Santa Lucia cercando un treno alternativo; ci ha dato tantissime indicazioni utili che solo un locale poteva conoscere e mostrato tutto il quartiere. La casa è grandissima, molto accogliente, con bagni nuovi, cucina super attrezzata, grande ordine, serramenti nuovi, impianto di riscaldamento efficientissimo. E' calda e accogliente. Posizione fantastica - vicina a tutto (Campo Santo Stefano) ma non così vicina a piazza San Marco da subirne il caos. E' stato un soggiorno perfetto, torneremo senz'altro. Come moltissime case veneziane, ha una rampa di scale interna (che si vede nelle fotografie) un poco ripida - va bene per nonni che hanno la fortuna di essere in forma come i nostri! Grazie ancora, Maria Beatrice e Carlo!

Stay in Venice

Fabulous location. Close to everything. Carlo was a great host. He must have spent 45 minutes explaining everything and giving us pointers of things to do. He even made reservations for us at his favorite restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

The owner met us and walked us to the unit! Super nice and responsive. Unit is easy walk from water taxi(even with large bags). Very clean and met our needs. There are stairs to the unit (but thats Venice). Great location with easy walk to St. Marks restaurants and shops!!

Perfect location and Carlos is very helpful!

If you want to make the most of your time in Venice, stay here. Carlos takes the time to give me an overview of what you must see and how to make the most of your time. He also helped us to get orientated to where we were at and how to find what we need. Highly recommend.

Venice Delight

Our family had a wonderful time staying in Maria and Carlo's apartment. The apartment was perfect. Carlo was nice enough to give us a quick walk around the neighborhood to get us acquainted with the surroundings. Maria quickly responded to several questions. Overall, I highly recommended you stay in this apartment.

Great Stay

This property was exactly as advertised. Very close to all the sites that a person is looking to see. The owners are very easy to get ahold of and super willing to help with directions or any issues you have. Would absolutely recommend to any family to stay here.

Awesome! te only thing you need to know is the bathroom is down stairs, and there are a lot of stairs to get up to the main living area an the bedrooms. It was good location and the owner met us at the water taxi to walk us to the apartment.

Excellent location, wonderful hosts

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in Venice. Location couldn't be better - close to all the major sites and 1 minute walk from water bus and water taxi station. Lots of places to eat within a few minutes walk. Our host's son met us at the water taxi station and walked us to the apartment. He gave us a map and made recommendations for best sites to see and places to eat. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. They helped us arrange for water taxi by calling it in for us. They also made us a reservation an authentic restaurant for dinner owned by a close friend of the host (Carlo). One thing to know is that there were lots of flies inside the apartment, but it's likely hard to avoid living on the water. Thank you very much, Maria and Carlo! We really enjoyed our stay.

Carlos was Amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay but unfortunately my 82 year old mother got food poisoning really badly. I messaged Carlo and he ordered the water taxi for us to get my mom to the Emergency Room in Venice. He even checked in on how she was feeling more than once AND offered us to stay another night if she was not feeling up to traveling. Carlo went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. When we checked in, he even took my brother and I for a short walk to show us the best routes to get places. I could not speak any more highly of Carlo!

Everything we needed and more

We were a party of 8, two families of 4. This home had plenty of sleeping accommodations and the 2 bathrooms were great for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, there was wonderful instructions on the local area, wifi and such. Carlo was awesome. He met us at the watertaxi station and walked us to the property. He marked up a map and gave us all his local insight on places to eat, to visit and to avoid. He really made our vacation worthwhile. The washer/dryer combo machine was not the best. I was able to find instructions using google, but I could not get the clothes dried. So we ended up hanging them to dry, which was fine. However it would have been nice to know ahead of time so I washed more clothes and just hung them immediately. I would recommend this apartment to any family, large or small. Its a great location offered by fantastic hosts for a fair price.

great place for venice

The owner was great. her son met us at the water bus stop and got us to the apartment. Unlike many places in Venice this one was easy to find. Lots of space, great kitchen. just all round amazing.
