The front desk staff were friendly and patient. My room was clean but very basic, and if you share a room, know there is no privacy. The hotel is in a fantastic location to explore the city. Parking with the parking discount was a plus. Great low-budget hotel!!!

The hotel was at a prime location near Tivoli gardens. The room was small but for one person it was fine. Een fijne studio, met genoeg ruimte en een keuken. Het hotel lag vlakbij het centrum, goed bereikbaar met de fiets en eventueel met de metro. Vragen werden snel beantwoord en we werden goed geholpen. Wel vonden we het niet alleen in de kamer, maar ook in het gehele hotel erg warm.
