"Beautiful hotels and the best shower in the world"

"Reviews and pictures for this property are VERY misleading. Hotel is old, run down and not maintained or cleaned well at all. Our room had stains, shower had mold. The buffet dinner and breakfast was edible at best. We were scheduled to stay 4 nights, checked out after the first night. We only stayed because we were so tired after traveling 20+ hours. Looking at the pool through a window, it’s very small - didn’t look at anything else outside to know."

"Estuve 13 días en opción all inclusive.

"Let's be straight to the point, this is not a 5* hotel and more like a low 4*. The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup. - Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. The first person seemed undertrained. - Rooms are nice...

"Great food"

"Was good ✅"

"Very nice location of the hotel, near to the best - Pantachou Beach, 5-7 minutes walking distance, and near to the city center and main activities. Rooms are cleaned every day, very responsive and nice staff. Good breakfast. Ideal place to stay with children and for families. We are completely satisfied, ideal proportion for the price - quality."
