"Clean room, staff was attentive and breakfast was edible."

"The pancake machine was broken. We told the guy and it was not fixed. Our room was right next to the elevators and you could hear a switching sound like the Denver airport tram was going through the suite every 10 minutes or so all night long. The suite itself was spacious and wonderful. However, the sound keeping us up all night, not so much. "

"The room was very neat and large. There was a curtain partition to separate the bed from the living room and kitchen section. The air conditioner worked well with blowing cool air. The bed was firm enough and the pillows were the right consistency of soft. Live TV was available. Lots of towels in the bathroom and even make-up remover. Having a kitchen sponge and soap and dishwasher liquid was an added bonus. The variety at breakfast was great too. The staff were always friendly and helpful too....

"Expedia did false advertisement. Expedia do not describe how many beds and what kind of beds the room has. There were two options, one pictured a King Bed; the second pictured two full beds. I chose the one with two full beds for my two stays on 3/9 and 3/14. In both cases we got a King bed. The first time I thought it was a confusion but the same happened on my second stay. I tried to change rooms and I was told the hotel was at full capacity and Hilton is not responsible for reservations...
