"This Hotel is HORRIBLE all the way around...rusting light fixtures in our room...dirty furniture that smelled of urine...the shower was very nasty from not being cleaned properly...the carpet in hallway areas were horrible looking...the exit sign in front of our room was being held together with shipping tape, and hanging there to fall on someone...one of the tables in the breakfast area had dirty towel's under the feet of the table (WOW) ...do yourself a favor and don't stay here."

"One of our favorite places to visit. But I am worried that this beautiful resort is failing. Staff was kind and gracious. But nothing done to fix maintenance issues. Nighty visits from raccoons in the room. No one showed to fix the hole in the ceiling that they were coming through.
Dryer was a fire hazard. Reported but no one showed up to do anything about it. Still an active fire hazard when we left. It just needed someone to show up and disable the unit so it couldn’t be used. Never happened....
