"Roaches in the room upon arrival, housekeeping didn't service the room during my stay (4 days) ran out of toiletries and paper had to go buy some, had to re-use bath towels, bedding wasn't changed during my stay. Continental breakfast was a joke 2 choices of cereal, bananas, bagels or toast, only had apple juice because machine was broken. However the bed was comfortable, hot shower, pretty much a one night only hotel. Probably find somewhere else to stay next time I come to town."

"I had called and arranged for the two rooms to be beside each other. That was never noted and we ended up with one room on 1st and one on 3rd. "

"Points for being clean and quiet, but… BUT, the pillows were terrible. So much so that I had to make my own by folding up the comforter from the other bed. Also, the breakfast tasted like it was made by someone with a vendetta against humanity. I seriously don’t know what’s wrong with the people who say it’s good. How do you make sausage taste and feel like rubber? How do you make goopy scrambled eggs? HOWWWWW do you manage to serve it all cold? I think the rave reviews are a consequence...

"Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors "
