Gorgeous Triplex Unit With Spectacular Lake Views!

Summary:
Come relax in this newly built and brand new unit right on the water with spectacular lake views at the new Waitts Lake Resort! You can't get any closer to the water in this unique space that accommodates 6 guests as well as gives you access to the entire private resort and its facilities. This includes access to the private boat launch, beach, swimming area, community amphitheater rock fire pits, new rec room, and fishing docks! A fantastic location for both summer and winter activities!

The Space:
Sit back and enjoy the breathtaking lake views as if your are floating right over the water in this exceptional and modern space. Partake in the abundance of amenities this property offers from the fully stocked kitchen to the large private patio area that seats 6+. This unique space also features a 55" TV with DISH programming for those rainy days or cozy evenings indoors as well as memory foam mattresses to help get a comfy night's sleep. Fantastic for summers on the lake or ice fishing in the winter! Also very close to 49 Degrees north ski resort! Please keep in mind that this location does not include Wi-Fi and cell signals can be spotty. BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Parking is provided in front of each of the triplex units. Only 1 vehicle is permitted in the front of the triplex unit. You are able to park a second vehicle behind it but not in front of another triplex unit.
Prior to check in please send the license plate numbers of the vehicle(s) that will be there during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is part of the new Waitts Lake Resort. This unit will share all resort amenities at no additional cost. Quiet time for the resort is from 11pm to 8am so please be respectful to your neighbors.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live onsite, however, the resort is managed by a camp host that can address any immediate issues or concerns. Any additional assistance can be obtained by reaching out via phone or text message.

Cute and clean property with million dollar views created the perfect relaxing long weekend. Unfortunately the weather turned chilly, so water fun was out, but fingers crossed next time. This property provides easy access to fishing, floating and all things lake fun. Downstairs rec room was a bonus

Our family had a great time, the cabins were very comfortable and it was great to have on-site access to a dock for our boat and wave runner! We also appreciate the fast response to our communications with the property managers and their on-site host.

This was our second time staying at this facility. Owners are excellent to work with. I have however; a couple of points to make: The beds are two hard. mattress and box spring would be better for us that are in our 70's. More pots for cooking would be nice. Someone left a 5 quart pot from a prior visitor that still have food in it. We tried to clean it as best we could but it needs to be replaced.

We found this as a last minute getaway for our family this summer! It was in an awesome location with easy access to the beach. Great swimming and fishing! Great response time and super quick to help or answer questions! Would definitely go back!

Right off the get go came to a place with a sticky dirty floor, no propane for bbq, dirty left underware in drawer that are still there, nasty bbq brush left on bbq with slime alll over. Couldn’t enjoy a quiet stay due to construction on building going on. Only 1 trash bag in whole unit.

We had an amazing stay at this Waitts Lake triplex rental. The property is right on the water so the views from the main living area and balcony are amazing. The unit is like new, well equiped and very comfortable for a group 4-6 people. There are awesome community fire pits, and the resort beach is really nice for small kids up to adults. I will definitely be booking this unit again in the future.

As soon as you walked into common room, you could see this Amazing view from your very own balcony. Everything you need to use for cooking was at your disposal. Awh, the bed was Awesome. I could sleep there 24/7. The scenery was spectacular. I want come back again next year! Thank you Jerry & Natasha This was Great.

This amazing condo is located the beach of lake Waitts. We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We stayed there while ski at the 49 degrees north. We loved the comfy beds and the new appliances . The owner is very helpful and stayed in touch during our stay. We'll be coming back!

I rarely leave reviews but felt I needed to with my recent experience. To keep it short this place was so clean and you can easily notice they care. I couldn't believe all of the little things from decorations to a great offering of seasonings to cook yourself even ziploc bags for leftovers. Felt like home. This place and property are top notch. Jerry ven checked in to make sure codes worked and everything else we had everything we needed. Also Michelle was great. Without question highly recommend
