This magnificent 225 m² architect-designed villa will welcome you in the heights of Vallauris (super Cannes) with its exceptional sea view and its 800 m² Provencal garden facing south and without direct opposite.

You will rest in one of the 4 large rooms of Villa Luma, air-conditioned and equipped with bathrooms with Italian shower and toilet. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor with their sea view terrace, the third, the master suite is on the first floor. Very spacious, about 30 m², it has a particularly large and pleasant bathroom.
If one of the guests wishes a little isolation, there is a large souplex of about 40 m². For the amateurs, the very spacious kitchen is very well-equipped.

Villa Luma is decorated with care and has many pieces of art. Finally, the large driveway accommodates more than 5 cars.

To suit your wishes for relaxation and leisure, there is a carefully planted garden, a 32 m² heated swimming pool, a ping-pong table, an "exotic" outdoor bar with two electric barbecues and a Hifi system. There are also multiple parasols and a summer lounge with a pergola.
