"Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again."

"Staff was so friendly and helpful.
Room was clean, comfortable, and bed was very cozy. I would have packed a makeup mirror as the lighting is not ideal to do makeup… but that was my only small struggle. Best part was how centrally located it was!! Short walk to Pikes Market or the Needle.. and Top Pot. I quickly became obsessed with this coffee and donut spot just a few paces down the street."

"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."

"The hotel was very close to all the hotspots! Very friendly service and the rooms were in good shape. We had shared bathrooms which was a concern for my partner, but honestly once we got to the hotel and saw the showers and toilets i can say they were kept impeccable during our stay. I’m very impressed and would come back"

"Location was good, room was spacious but it did not look like the pictures at all, my guess is that we got the room (family suite) that is not renovated.
The room has this weird "tack" very loud noise from the wall on some type of intervals (could be related to the fridge in the bedroom), and it was so loud that could startle someone in the mid of the sleep.
Just overall a very outdated and old hotel, while I appreciated the extra space coming from the suite, this is not the type of property...

Food really good and friendly staff.
Lots of fees and taxes added to your nightly room charge that surprised us.
Very walkable to pike market .
Conveniently beside the clipper if coming from Victoria."

"We were very happy with our stay here. It is an old hotel but very clean. Our rooms on 3rd floor were spacious and the beds were great.
Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready.
We definitely will be back if we visit Seattle next time."
