"Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom.
Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!"

"This place was just okay. They tried to do an update on an old motel and it’s just kind of didn’t go well. The carpet is old and the rooms smell really musty. The paint and caulking etc was done halfway with rust and chipping all showing through. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that. The bar/restaurant wasn’t opened. There’s not much of anything close by. The outside was decently kept. No elevator so you must lug your stuff up the stairs and you can hear everything regarding other...

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. All of the rooms smell horrendous. My family and I walked into the hotel there was a huge fan on and no air conditioning. We got into the room there were spider webs at the top of the ceiling. The bed sheets and pillow case had red spots (blood) even the towel. "I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me.
There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean."

"All in all good hotel. There was a huge group of a young g boys soccer team that we extremely loud and took over entire pool with little adult supervision. It made it hard for my daughter and I to enjoy the pool but overall good hotel."
