"I booked this hotel because an airport shuttle was listed as an amenity. When I asked about the shuttle for our flight the next day, I was told that there was no shuttle service on the weekends. We had to figure it out on our own. Why list it as an amenity and then refuse to offer the service? "

"Stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip. The check in was easy and desk staff very informative and friendly. Property was nice. Room was very clean and had a mini fridge and coffee maker. AC was good. Tv had weird blue tint but wasn’t a big deal. A few worn areas on wood but nice otherwise. Only bad thing was no hot water in the morning. Fortunately there was hot water the night before. Staff said something about the boiler. Casino floor was just cram packed. Not sure if that was...
