Great location in Lionshead

Really nice condo in Lionshead Village. The unit was clean and comfortable for our group of 6. The Landmark’s hot tub/pool area is awesome after a day on the mountain -‘d the location is really convenient to everything.

This is a great unit, conveniently located right within Lionshead village and less than 5 min walk to the lifts! Listing was clean and comfortable for our 2 families of 4 adults and 4 young teens.

Great Value

Our family (with adult children in their 20s) stayed in this condo for the second year in a row. The condo is in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars and has very easy access to the gondola. There is a convenient ski locker in the building and the pool and hot spas are nice and easily accessible. The host communicated very well and responded quickly to all my questions. Two of the bedrooms are nicely sized and two of the bedrooms are very small but we were able to fit 6 people. You really can’t beat this location. I found it hard to find accommodations with 4 bedrooms and the price of this condo was a great value.

Great location in Lionshead

This was our second stay at the Landmark in Lionshead but our first in this unit. We found the layout and furnishings a little better than the unit we rented last year and lived the location, amenities and convenience just the same. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location, not as many beds as advertised

Pros - Great location close to Lionshead gondola, shops, and restaurants. Great view from the living room. On-site covered parking, ski locker, 4 bathrooms that have been remodeled. Cons - Not as many beds as advertised. In the VRBO listing it says in the graphic under “rooms & beds” that Bedroom 3 has 1 twin bunk bed and 2 double beds” This is incorrect. This room only has one bunk bed and is extremely small - basically a closet with no place to store luggage or much of your clothes for that matter. Bedroom 4 also has only one queen bunk bed. Room 4 is also incredibly small, basically the size of the bed. Kitchen is extremely small with room for only one person. Knives are so dull they do not cut much. We could not even find a broom to sweep the floor, just a Dyson battery vac that was non-functional. Overall, I would say this unit is in a good location, but not worth the price given the tiny kitchen and tiny 3rd and 4th bedroom which would really only be adequate for small children, not adults.

Great location

3rd time staying here and had no issues once again- we’re a group of 7 old skiers and love the location - Jose is a great communicator and helped us out when we arrived a little early - so we were able to check in. we did all our cooking at the condo and found everything we needed to cook amazing meals. Grocery store is very close and had all we needed! I highly recommend this place and plan to come back again.

Summer family wedding in Vail

This was the perfect location for 4 adults and 3 young adults to share while attending a family wedding. It's right at a bus stop and the free shuttles take you all around Vail. You can't beat the location. Front desk gave us two parking passes even though the listing says you only get one. The condo is well furnished. Some things that we don't believe were mentioned in the listing. The unit does not have air conditioning. It was in the high 80s during our stay. We did find fans in the all the bedrooms, used them and the ceiling fan in the living room and opened all the windows and sliding doors and kept the front door open when were there to get a better breeze. Still al little warm for our Florida family members. Also, there is no housekeeping unless you stay 7 days. There were plenty of towels, however, and a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms with the bunk beds are very tight. One has room for a dresser; the other is just a bed with no floor space and no window. We had young adults in those rooms so it was fine for them to crash after a night out. But it might not work for everyone. Loved having four bathrooms and the spacious living room to entertain other family members staying elsewhere. The pool area is very nice. Overall it worked great for our needs although it was a tad bit toasty and a tad tight for sleeping.

Perfect place & location

This place was perfect for the short visit we had for a wedding. The layout was great for the three grandparents that needed to be on the bottom floor. We didn't get to use all the amenities, but they looked terrific. We would stay here again. The location to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding was perfect. Thank you.

Perfect spot in Lionshead

The Landmark was an awesome property. Convenient location to the slopes and the intown bus stop. Rentals right across the street. Ski lockers, warm pool and toasty hot tubs. Condo was well decorated with plenty of space for everyone.

Fabulous Location, Welcoming Host, Highly Recommend

My group rented this for a long weekend ski getaway. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. It was a wonderful spot. Location cannot be beat. Plenty of things for kids to do in the area if they aren’t quite old enough for ski school yet. Property was clean, well-maintained, and had a good stock of kitchen items. The en suite bathrooms for each room really add to the benefits of this property. Be aware that the middle bedroom downstairs does sleep three but not three adults, as the room is small. We would rent again!

Fabulous

The condo is right in the heart of Lionshead in Vail. A 3 min walk to the ticket office, gondola and ski lift. There’s a communal pool, jacuzzi and fitness room available which we didn’t use but looked good. The condo was warm (we stayed the week before Christmas) and had the bonus of gas fires in the living room and master bedroom. Nice views of the slopes too. It was well stocked with dishwasher, laundry and cleaning needs. The bus stop is right outside and Vail village, best for restaurants and shopping, is a free 10 min bus ride. Buses seem to be every 6 or so minutes. For ski and boot hire we used Black Tie Ski hire. They came round to our condo for the fitting. Maybe it was because it was the beginning of the season, but we got mostly brand new skis and boots (heated). It was expensive but the convenience and service was great. All in all a fabulous break. I’d highly recommend the condo for the convenience and comfort. Vail is great for lots of easy wide open runs and great views. Definite 5 stars.

Perfect Two Floor Condo!

Our Home away from Home for seven of us ages 15-73. Comfortable and perfect location. Kitchen stocked and working so well for family meals. Beds were very comfy, Baths had plenty of towels, W&D used daily, gorgeous pool patio, manager & cleaning staff so pleasant and efficient. (One bath door needs adjustment.) We loved it all ! Thanks so much !
