"The bathroom is extremely small"

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"The location was perfect, but the noise from traffic was ever-present. I realize this is just a reality of staying downtown. Wearing foam earplugs fixed the issue. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was outstanding. To be honest, this hotel had so many extras we didn’t use. But that’s just our situation. The proximity to everything Chicago had to offer was the main benefit."
